How do Ben Sira and Proverbs really say we gain wisdom from suffering?

Ben Sira says you can get wisdom through obedience and commitment to God in times of hardship, and Proverbs says you can get wisdom by crying out to God, seeking wisdom as for hidden treasure, and raising your voice for wisdom and calling out for insight.

Just like the Torah says, that both obedience with no suffering at all, and disobedience with trauma and agony, lead to the same reward and justification in God's sight.
