How so? If there were no such thing as intention, then there would be no such thing as "choosing to do the right thing.
The end results are the same regardless of intent. Bad things can be done by one person to another.
Yes but the perception of right and wrong are only possible with intention I'd say?
Say someone cuts you off in traffic. They didn't mean to. They just didn't see you. Doesn't it still make you mad that it happened?

My logic behind the question is that if there was no such thing as intentionality, there would be no such thing as choosing to do the right thing, which means that morality goes out of the window.
