I don’t think that Christians and Muslims accept that they might worship the same god. I’m fairly certain that it’s theologians who decided that they’re related because of a common observance of Abraham and monotheism. I don’t think that they have any common texts. As Judaism and Christianity do. I think it’s fairly widely recognized that Christians and Jews accept that they have the same god, but disagree significantly on Jesus’s role and the veracity of the new testament.
Ultimately, nobody really knows. Maybe there is no god. Maybe there is. Maybe there are a bunch.
That’s the thing about faith, you don’t get to know and it loses its value when you do know for certain.

i know arabic tawid is like wahad= one but that is not the difference.
the trinity is a UNITY. all are one.
christians agree with your 'words' that "believe that God is One! in nicean CREED.
and that He was never born! nor did He beget=give birth to anyone. begot is not like human parents. son is not like human child.

I know. Christianity is a monotheistic religion; in other words, there is no God other than God in Christianity. However, the Christian belief in God—the Trinity—consists of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Literally, the word "Trinity" signifies a threefold nature.
(I live in Turkey, a Muslim country, and during our religious education classes, our teachers explained the Christian doctrine of the Trinity to us in this way.)

The Islamic concept of *Tawhid*, on the other hand, literally signifies the concept of oneness. In the doctrine of *Tawhid*, nothing can be placed alongside God, and God’s name is Allah.

Not really Muslims believe that god is one, dont believe in trinity but believe that Jesus was a prophet of god and not god himself.
So god the father is what Muslims agree on is God.
