Judaism is so splintered, each sect warrants its own discussion. But by far, Kabbalah is the worst.

The divide between Jews and Muslims goes as far back as Isaac and Ishmael, and God warned Abraham that messing around with Hagar would have disastrous consequences that would endure for countless generations. That Sarah suggesting Hagar as wife #2 for Abraham was an incredibly shortsighted plan. But the single biggest difference , is to look at how they view Moses and Jesus. Characterization of those two betrays a lot of theological differences. Ignoring them is like ignoring the difference between sodium chloride and potassium chloride. One will melt your driveway faster , but you'd be a fool to put it in your mouth.

The reason that Abraham branches stand out, is because they, with a few exceptions , preach partial detachment from worldly concerns, to pursue the will of a being that exists outside of nature and is superior to Creation. All other faiths, including atheism and LeVayan satanism, betray themselves in the end to pantheism. Which worships the created rather than a supercedent Creator, mixing science with superstition until they cannot tell the difference. But this makes that liberating partial worldly detachment impossible, which means pantheism often betrays itself to statism. And if a perverse state sanctions a thing be done , or redefines something to create arbitrary loopholes , those other faiths all too easily bend their own rules. As the religious succumbs to political pressure, the whole of it is easily corrupted. Which is why, originally, American Christians and Freemasons agreed that federal power needed to be restricted: to not restrict it was an invitation to doctrinal compromise and to total cultural degeneracy. Over time, more and more from every faith background got sloppy, and let centralized authoritarianism take a foothold. So here we are: a world with hundreds of religions, buried beneath the noise of degeneracy, which is everywhere. Babel required languages to be confused. Babel 2.0 has planned ahead. Only God knows what it will take this time. Good thing his imagination is limitless. Because I only have a few solutions from my own, and all of them involve supervillain insanity.

God gave the same task to all prophets. all gods were the same. they all had the same beliefs and orders. Over time, people changed these beliefs. Christianity and Judaism emerged.

Im not sure religion wise... I do know one day we will all know the truth what happens when we die. I rather serve God and find out there's no god then not serve him and miss out. I dont label myself as anything cause every religion does things I personally dont approve of. I stopped attending church cause of all the greed for money. I feel God mostly out in nature.. I dont believe we should treat people horrible for life decisions lets gay marriage... I believe God made Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve and not Annie abd Eve.. at the same time I am not going to treat them like crap just cause I only want to marry a man... I can't speak for other religions.
But in Islam we consider ourselves to be following the Abrahamic tradition. Meaning we believe in all prophets and that they were all contacted by God/Allah either directly in the case of Moses or through the Angel Gabriel (which I believe is what christian refer to Holy spirit). We consider both Christians and Jews to be people of the book, which is a special status.

Christians (except for Arians but they got converted to Catholicism by force in early medieval Europe) believe that Jesus is God. In which case, no, Muslims don't believe in the same God because for us, Jesus is a man and a prophet, not a God. God, Jesus and the "Holy Spirit" are entirely 3 different entities. Muslims think it's a grave sin to associate God with others and pure Monotheism is the base of Islamic faith.
Jews think that Muslims worship the same God as them. So both Jews and Muslims somewhat mutually agree that we worship the same god. According to one of the most famous scholars of Judaism in history, Maimonides, Jews are allowed to pray in a Mosque but they're not allowed to pray in a Church because they consider it paganism to worship Jesus and Mary.

So the answer is more complex than a simple Yes or No. I just gave a quick overview.

Yes, Islam does say be cautious of the Jews and Christians, this was something said over 1400 years ago. Ancient Judaism is the root of Christianity. In fact without Judaism there can be NO Christian doctrine since Christ was the complete fulfilment of the Messianic Prophecies in Judaism, so if you consider that, then yes, Christian and Jewish Faiths come from the same root, so are the same God.

That's where things get complicated.

Along comes Mohammed centuries after Christ, claiming an angel revealed something to him. I'm NOT a scholar of Islam, so I can't speak about much, but I CAN say it's possible that the Islamic people were children of Abraham originally. Abraham had two sons: Ishmael and Isaac. Ishmael was born to Hagar, his wife's slave. Isaac was born to his wife. As such, Isaac was the promised child, despite the fact that Ishmael was older. The Old Testament book of Genesis is explicit. Ishmael and Hagar were sent away.

"He shall be a wild man; His hand shall be against every man, And every man’s hand against him. And he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren.”

Genesis 16:12 NKJV

That's God's promise to Hagar. Consider what's going on in Gaza. Look familiar?

But the Islamic reverence of Jesus makes no sense. Jesus was explicit: He is the only route to a restored relationship with God. Not the Alpha and the Psi (last but one) but Alpha and Omega - First and Last.

So if Jesus was telling the truth, as both Islam and Christian teachings say, there cannot be another of that style of Prophet after Him - eliminating Mohammed's claim (and Joseph Smith's) to be prophets in the same line.

The book of Genesis that chronicles Abraham and his line is the first Mosaic book in the Pentateuch/Torah. Quite why another religion would accept the first few chapters of this but then reject everything afterwards seems a little odd.

In modern terms it's kind of like saying Neo, John Wick and Theodore "Ted" Logan are the same character.

While Christianity, Judaism and Islam have different cultures and rituals, their worship comes from the same origin. Judaism has a very old origin as it studies about people that came way before Jesus, like Abraham, Moses, Noah and all and also about Jesus, because technically Jesus was a Jew, they had a strong belief on the one true God as he helped many Prophets and Men of God in their Journey.

Christianity came after the appearance of Jesus, the new testament became a whole new chapter in the people's lives. This religion is more centred around Jesus Christ because he was the one to rekindle faith and better judgment in religion among people, his parables and teachings and actions were done to teach about the One true God and to forgive those who lost their faith.

Islam, while an old religion, is much younger than the other two religions mentioned. The founder of Islam, Prophet Muhammed is supposedly the last in the line of the Prophets, from Elijah to Moses till him, Muhammed being the last of all inherited most of the cultures fn understanding of both Judaism and Christianity. In that way, Islam is a blend of the understanding of both cultures but in their own way.

So in conclusion, while all religions have a little different beliefs and have different cultures, they all come from the same origin and history and they have been the same complex God.

Christianity and Judaism are tied together under the same God for the most part. Christianity is just a sect of Judaism that accepted Jesus Christ as Messiah. It arose out of the Jewish biblical concept of two powers in heaven and stays true to Torah. The Sadducees flat out rejected Christ and faded away into history going extinct. The Pharisees were kind of moderate on the issue and over time developed into modern Rabbinic Judaism which has problems due to rejection of Messiah and illogical interpretations of scripture to fit the narrative... All three are family/man<->woman in good relations, whollyness (with children) based/believing/bound.

We believe that the Jewish scriptures were the first revelation, the Christian scriptures were the second revelation both by God- but these texts were not preserved, so the final revelation by God was the Quran.

Is it a God? Who knows. I personally don't like to simply define something that is much more than anyone probably realizes. It's an unknown. People hold beliefs towards their own perspective of who and what God is. For me, I have what I genuinely feel and I'm completely ok with not knowing or trying to define it. What I was taught was from others perspectives and it didn't feel right for myself.

Even in each religion there is divide upon beliefs because beliefs would be considered laws and universal if God was known, if that makes sense. We just have what we are taught and what we feel. There is just no wrong or right answer. It doesn't matter what other's believe if you have your own personal beliefs.

Muslims say they believe in the same God as Jews and Christians. The teachings are actually vastly different. Muslims follow Mohammed and consider him as the best person to have walked the earth and are vehement on accepting that he is above one’s parents and say they love him more than their parents whereas Christians accept Jesus as their Lord and saviour. Sort of and no. Arguablly they are the same god but different interpretations. However their is an interesting theory that the god of Judaism is NOT the god of christians and muslims. There are many shared stories in the scriptures of all three religions. And scholars would agree that all three agree Abraham was a prophet of God so yes, all three technically believe in the same God. However from a Christian POV, Jesus is part of God but the other two religions don't share that belief. But islam says Jesus was a prophet. Judaism is the "original" version of the three religions if you would.

Christianity was by a Jew (Jesus) who struck out on his own & founded his own religion.

It doesn't matter, they are competing religious systems. Christianity was born from Judaism, and Islam based itself off of Christianity. They threw in a new prophet, eliminated the trinity, made standardized responses to everything from prayer and fasting, to daily behavior. Yes and no. It isn’t as simple as saying either. It comes down to understanding who God is and the understanding the relationship we have with him. As a Christian, I recognize God as Trinitarian, a mystery I cannot fully grasp as he is still one. The relationship I have with God is that as I am his son and he is my father, which I understand is considered blasphemous by Muslims.

No, we don't. Many might claim we do, but it isn't true. The God of the Bible is certainly not the same god as in the Quran. And expecting no fights to erupt over this is incredibly naive and negligent of, oh I don't know, human history.

I like to view God as a child growing up. Yes he likes cowboys as a kid but he changed to astronauts next year (whatever a year is for an entity that is god). Makes me feel like some of bad things in the world are just mistakes he made as a kid. Like cancer.

They technically all worship the same god of the mythical Abraham.

But Christians believe that Jesus was also the incarnation of God. And jews and Muslims view him as a rabi or just another prophet.

And Muslim if I understand right believe that Muhammad was the most recent and last prophet so that means his teachings are primary whenever he may contradict an older prophet.

Christians and Jews don't believe him to have been a prophet of God at all.

They’re all Abrahamic so if you go back far enough, yeah. In practice? No. The Christian god is forgiving; the Jewish god is the same god as the Christian god but is very focused on being part of the right group; the Islamic god is a vengeful and unforgiving god. Basically Christianity is Old Testament + New Testament, Judaism is Old Testament + New Testament Gods Temperament, Islam is early Old Testament.

Yes they do. For me it just boils down to interpretation and preference. I attended 3 different Christian religions growing up. A neighbor father was a preacher and felt like people should experience all religious for a better understanding of them. I was invited to attend different churches with his daughter. I felt that they were all similar it was just a focus on different parts of the bible

Pretty sure all of them are based on the same beginnings, a higher power (god/alah/yhwh) created the universe and mankind, starting with Adam, placed him in a garden, etc.
From this I would say they have a different name and interpretation of the same higher power, but it fundamentally stays the same.

I believe that Christianity and Judaism do for sure, but I'm not sure about Islam. It does seem they have the same God, as they're all Abrahamic religions, but it seems to have rather different rules than the others.

Originally yes. However Islam's morphed into a different God because of their resentment toward Judaism from what happened with Abraham's children. Christianity was far from being in the picture yet. But we do warship the same God as the jews. However they don't believe Jesus was God in the flesh.
