Search Results: mom expects too much

I'm dating/talking to a guy for one month.
He texts me everyday and I text back.
texting is cool but I would rather talk on the phone.
when I call he answers.. he never initiates calling though. I've asked him before if we can call and text and he says yeah. I told him before that I don't feel like he likes me. He says he does.. he talks to me.. he texts me and told me we are more than friends.
He does not initiate hanging out. When I ask him aw why won't you take me to your favorite bars, he says I'm too far. He never seems excited to talk to me. He's just very mellow and lazy. He even said so himself that he's lazy.

For example: we texted today. Not constant text back to back but through out the day. I wanted to talk to him before he went to bed so I called him. He said he got off early and did a lot of driving. Went to his mom and parents. Then he said he's going to Netflix and sleep. I said aww well Netflix while on the phone (I wanted to feel his presence). He said he can't do that while on the phone.

i feel like I'm begging him to talk to me or like me.
I don't know am I asking for too much maybe?
