He told me rather be with me who already understands his behavior, attitude, and personality and who will never leave him. I told him, "If you date more than one or two, then not all will stay with you and may leave you. And maybe all of them will leave you and not love you truly."

I don't understand how his mother gets jealous when his father looks at another woman. If you believe a man should be with more than one or two women then why get mad and jealous at your man. She's letting him be that way then why act so foolishly.

If I had to choose only one I'd choose Jackson Avery, he's like a dream guy, Alex Karev is too emotional for me and he's rude sometimes, I wouldn't probably get along with Mark Sloan either, Derek Shepherd just doesn't make me attracted to him, he's cute but I would rather be friend with him. Oh Owen Hunt is another hottie, If I hadn't chosen Jackson Avery I'd definitely choose Owen Hunt, that's how I see "a real man".
