Many people ask about whether they have or not the right BMI, but they don't know there is also an alternative.

To know if you have a healthy weight there are 3 formulas:

For females is (height in centimeters minus 45) divided in two.

For males under 170 cm (height in centimeters minus 40) divided in two.

For males 170 and above (height in centimeters minus 35) divided in two.

For example:

My height in cm is 174.

175-45=129
129/2=64.5

64.5 kg would be my ideal weight.

If you are 5 kg above or 5 kg below the ideal weight, don't worry, you're still inside the healthy range.

Continuing with my example, my weight can be between 59.5 kg and 69.5 kg. My current weight is 60 kg, so I'm still inside the range.



What about you, are you in the ideal range?

I don't hate men or wish ill against them. I advocate men's rights - to bodily autonomy, (anti circumision) etc. I don't like it when people demonize or bash men.

I also think that men generally serving women is the ideal state of things. Why? Because women suffer all the pain in reproduction, first off, but also because studies show that men benefit more from female company than vice versa. This should be balanced out by men serving women, so women can benefit as much as men.

I don't advocate matriarchy because I think that women already have so much power that matriarchy would be just unfair.

However, I do think that men should generally serve women. I'd like them to do so happily and willingly.

I've been accused of being a female supremacist before, and they have a point.
