Search Results: getting respect at work

So I'm kinda pissed off right now but I'm trying to calm down before I go back to work so I'll make a quick poll and read all y'alls opinions later tonight.
So we have this particular manager at my job that loves to be a dick, in particular to younger black males such as myself. This pisses me off because he's a black man himself but I'm not gonna get into that right now because I don't wanna offend anybody with my use of the N word and all the other derogatory terms he falls up under.
Long story short this asshole made some comments to me today for no fucking reason and somebody I was talking to said to give him a break because, "he fought over seas" 😑.

Now I'm gonna hold my tongue and not say anything because there are genuinely good people that served pur country and I respect those people wholeheartedly, and I already have enough to say about the military industrial but I don't wanna get into it.
This asshole loves getting brownie points for being in the army and it pisses me off. So Do you think being a veteran gives you a free pass to be a dick to other people because you have ptsd or some shit 😑. It's not my fault you took your sorry ass to vietnam or some shit and came back with a chip on your shoulder. I'm assuming he only got the job because he used his service as a sympathy ticket but even then he has a position of power of others. Why the fuck do people put up with this bullshit 😡
