Coworker who’s on my team and who sits near me and i got into argument at work, after the argument she wouldn’t talk to me just stare constantly and get mad when i talked to other female co coworkers, a few months later we both apologized so all was good, but for some reason the staring continued and when I tried to talk to her she was cold and short with me. A few days later, i was out of office for my birthday, instead of her saying happy birthday or simply not saying anything at all, she was viewing my LinkedIn but didn't say anything. Even though if she had any professional questions she could just ask me, as she sits right near me, and has the same exact job I do, we see each other daily. So there's no professional reason to lurk on my account when I’m out of office, people at work think she’s obsessed and they think her behavior is weird and concerning. After a few days, i blocked her because it felt creepy and inappropriate to do this with a co worker. After i blocked her she avoids me entirely and doesn’t even stare at me anymore, when we are near each other it’s just awkward silence. So I want to know if people on here also think she’s being weird or if this normal and I’m overthinking things?

I can't stand them. They are frustrating as hell, and its utterly useless to argue with them. As they just won't listen and fire away whatever first comes out of their stupid mouths.

It is a mistake to hope that they will ever see reason. In fact I think the best way to deal with them is to avoid them completely whenever possible if not fee them their own medicine to frustrate them instead.
