What’s going on with these girls at work?

So I just don’t talk to any girls around work and if I had to work with them I never try to flirt. I just keep it to regular conversations so I don’t get why they are acting weird and one of them tried to avoid me. So I just keep my distance I notice whenever they are together just seems like I’m being talked about no it’s not in my head. But it’s just a weird feeling I haven’t made any moves on anyone so I don’t understand it’s like whenever they are around friends they don’t pay me any mind. I’m not trying to be a smooth player I just don’t talk to them I look at at people yes but only when they do. Question is do they talk about me for that reason or think I’m leading them on because that’s not the case I just don’t want to be desperate or bothering them. So I just leave them be even if I see they are working alone usually it’s supposed to be two people in an area I don’t get a bright idea to make my move. Regardless of anything I understand they will talk even if I’m only talking to them if I have to or because we have a task to do together.
