What to make of this girls behavior at work?

1) When I got back to where I was with "training" her, she said "Yay! you're Back!" cause I was taken away from her for a little while to help elsewhere

2) She randomly brought up how she can't get over how I am 26 but look so young. (We spoke about this originally a week ago, but today randomly mentioned it again)

3) She would lean up against me when explaining how our supervisor would get in her bubble

4) She bragged to me about hor it takes 8 shots to get her 4'11 100lb self drunk

5) She has asked me about a certain bar in a nearby town and then about the bar that I regularly go to.

6) She had a party of people at work but didn't invite me

7) She did say that she would be very sad if I left that job and then after I gave a kinda mediocre reaction, she got quiet and distant and wouldn't respond to stuff I'd say

So a few new points
1) She randomly decides to compliment the boots I'm wearing (Brown docs, same boots I've work for weeks.)

2) When she went on break she sat near me and had no problem talking for the whole thing. She just struggled to make eye contact though. (And mentioned some story with her ex)

3) She seemed pretty open to the idea of it, but due to this week we couldn't plan anything more.

Reading this made me think of my younger self. When I worked retail I behaved literally just like her with a guy friend I made, and tbh it’s probably just her having a big personality. I wasn’t like that with everyone because I didn’t wanna come off as too much but I felt comfortable enough around him to be my silly, bubbly self. By nature I can be kinda touchy and in your face but it’s not supposed to be romantic. I’m not saying this is exactly the case for her but it really feels like it.

That’s the thing. It’s hard to tell if she’s just bubbly or being flirty. I know she’s talkative with others but I don’t think she’s made similar comments

I think the questions she was asking you were friendly. Talking about taking shots and just sharing random things it’s just casual talk with a coworker. Then if she had a crush she’d at least have invited you to the party and not everyone but you. That part was actually kinda mean tbh..

Sorry, I hate to pull the coworker friend thing out but it’s a real thing. You can be so close and cool with someone then the moment it’s time to clock out you’re like strangers or distant friends I don't know
