How do I handle this girl at work?

So at work I am this girls manager, and I have a girlfriend. She bad asked her friends if she should ask me out. They all told her not to. She did it anyone and I rejected her. Then now she spread a rumor that me and her slept together. No one believes her but she’s blaming others for the rumor being spread when it obviously wasn’t them. What do I do.
