Does this girl at work like me, and what should I do?

So, this girl and I work together at a part time job on campus in the same general area. She is single as I have heard. I am a pretty shy guy and for the most part only talk when someone initiates conversation with me or when I get to know someone pretty well. Here is what has happened/what I've observed:

• She is very talkative to everyone including other guys, but seems pretty quiet and nervous/awkward around me
• She has listened to things I've said to other people and repeated them in later situations, but really won't start talking to me
• She has laughed/smiled at things I've said to other people, and sometimes turns and agrees/responds then turns back, usually with a smile
• I caught her staring at me quite a few times before, but recently not as much. She seems to try to avoid looking at me/making eye contact now
• Her friends at work are nice to me and talk to me, but have never really mentioned anything to do with her
• We come into work and leave at the same time, sometimes she said hi and bye, I failed to make conversation out of it, she hasn't done it much lately
• She came up to me and kind of teased me a couple weeks ago awkwardly, and wouldn't make eye contact while doing it
• She thanks me and says sorry for the smallest things when she doesn't need to
• She got really close to me and mirrored how I was standing a few times but didn't say a word or look at me
• She adjusts her clothes and hair a lot when I am in the room and stands up straight, could be just for work though
• One day after work a few of us messed around doing something outside, then I left and she left like 5 seconds later
• Her friend scheduled our breaks at the same time, but I never took breaks anyways

She seems nice and positive towards me, but won't talk to me. As of late, she hasn't much of anything to do with me. I feel maybe that she feels that I dislike her for some reason or something. I'm not sure what to do as a quiet guy. Thoughts on the situation and any advice would be appreciated.

We all have been through something similar. Start by just asking her some questions about work/herself/school. Get her to talk by gently inquiring. Just ask her to grab a cup of coffee, go to a school function or to go for a walk... the worse thing that could happen is she says no. Try to act confident... I know that can be difficult at times. Noting ventured nothing gained! Hang in there.

When a woman is friendly, reciprocate. Be friendly, be complementary in a non-sexual way, show some interest in who she is as a person, and when you feel the moment is right (preferably when you've gotten to know a bit about her), get her number/social media and keep in touch with an eye toward getting a date.
