This girl I work with will go out of her way says hi and bye first and with a smile on her face at work, does that mean she likes me? I mean she seems friendly with everyone. But sometimes I catch her glancing at me.

Well thats hard to say but if you are interested in her , there are some ways to figure it out , some ladies dont make the first move and expect guys to do that , you can ask her for a coffee maybe and talk a bit to her then if she likes you, her body language will show you that.

I think she may be open to it. I don’t come across as a creep. But one thing about girls and women is they can be very selective. If I ask her, hey do you want to head to the coffee shop across the street, she’ll know it is a date in a sense. Women know the intentions behind a guy asking her out and it’s not just for small chit chat lol. I’m not looking for just sex, I am looking to be with someone long term, potentially marry.
