What to think about this girl at work?

So, I asked about this girl before with her getting very close, and today there were a couple other interesting moments.

1) She randomly brought up how she can't get over how I am 26 but look so young. (We spoke about this originally a week ago, but today randomly mentioned it again)

2) When I got back to where I was with "training" her, she said "Yay! you're Back!" cause I was taken away from her for a little while to help elsewhere

What to make of that? I don't know if she's just bubbly or what. She talks mainly to me and one other guy, but I think she friendzoned the other guy already

(Keep in mind, last week she felt the need to rub up against me when explaining how our super gets too close sometimes)

My cousin says a guy who hits on you does not prove he likes you and the same with a girl who touches you - she might do this with all the other guys too. What a girl is willing to do for you that she does not do for other guys shows she likes you such as spend time with you since time is limited, what she does to help you since energy is limited, what she buys you since money is limited (at least for normal 20 year olds).
