The Ukraine President has fled the country. He wants to end the war. He says he promises never to join NATO. He will acknowledge the two factions in Southern Ukraine.

He realizes the West was just using them as a weapon against Russia and that they don't want Ukraine in NATO.

Russia I doubt will let up because of the money spent already on war and the loss of tanks, planes , and helicopters. Plus all the soldiers that died. Plus since Ukraine is trying to make a deal. Putin will want agreement from UN that Ukraine will never join NATO. He will want no military in Ukraine. He will demand a New President and leadership in Ukraine (which means no future elections) . He will demand total control of nuclear facilities. He will also demand that there will be no more additional NATO countries. He will also want all sanctions against Russia removed.

If Putin gets all these demands , then once again he kicked everyone's ass and that he is the ruler of rulers and the king of global strategy.

We will see what happens next.
