Here is a few films and television episodes that often come on for V-Day. I like to cuddle up on the couch with my basket of Valentine’s Day goodies and watch away. Don’t worry, I brought plenty of “gifs” below for you too. 😍

1. OVERNIGHT DELIVERY

Paul Rudd didnt’t grow on me until Ant Man, but I’ve always loved this ROM-COM because of Reese Witherspoon. Basically, he writes his girlfriend this mean breakup letter after assuming she’s cheating on him, but then he regrets it and hits the road to stop the mailman from reaching the destination. Reese offers to tag along as Paul’s taxi ride but deep down she’s crushing on him and will throw in a few obstacles to make sure he doesn’t arrive on time.

2. A DIFFERENT WORLD

This dramatic sitcom starts off with Dwayne chasing around Denise Huxtable from the Cosby Show, hoping that she’ll someday fall for him. His annoying classmate Whitley (who often shows dislike for him) instead ends up secretly building a crushing on Dwayne.

The two get stood up by their Valentines dates in Season 2, Episode 14 so he asks her out. She agrees under one condition, that if seen by anyone, he pretend to be keeping her company while her date stepped away to the restroom. Apparently she’s a tad bit embarrassed to have fallen for someone who didn't come from a rich family like her own.

By season 3, he becomes smitten in return (probably from that surprise kiss before) and tries to ask her out again but on a more real date in Episode 17. She flirts yet dodges him throughout the episode when she notices others around. But he hits her with an unexpected kiss in return.

Notice by the end of the ep where they attend someones wedding together, they’re smashing wedding cake in each others faces. And she also tells him that she hopes to see him attend her wedding in the future. (Nope, not to be the groom, but just to attend as an invited guest lol)

Their relationship is a huge game of cat and mouse for most seasons since she’s not ready to be seen with him or he’s too focused on another girl. She spends season 4 trying to break him up with his new girlfriend that he met in Japan while working to become a successful video game designer.

By season 5, she definitely sees him attend her wedding when he tries crashing her wedding to win her back. Okay I’ll stop talking about my favorite couple ever now lol

3. HEY ARNOLD

In the animated show/episode “Arnold’s Valentine”, we see Arnold try to juggle two dates, one unknowingly being his secret admirer/stalker Helga dressed like never before lol. I mean thats got to be the best she’s ever looked haha.

4. THE OFFICE

In this sitcom episode “PDA”, I get to see one of my fave couples finally becoming a couple again. But this time around, they cannot keep their hands off of eachother and it sickens everyone who has to witness it lol. I’m typically not a fan of the bastard Michael but I’m all for getting freakyyy-deakyyy in public. 😛

5. MY BLOODY VALENTINE

In this horror film remake, someone’s deranged and slashing up all the little hornballzzz in town… No one gets away scotts-free as we see the killer hunt down the innocents, the cheaters, the coworkers, and the nakeddd prostitute next door. I mean, for an unnecessary nudeee/sexxx scene, she could run pretty well in heels lol.🤷‍♀️ And to add a little flame to the fire, the killer ships the hearts of the dead in a Valentine’s Day chocolates box.

6. REBA

In this family sitcom/episode, “Valentines Day” Reba accidentally blurts out to her boyfriend that she loves him, much sooner then intended. So decides to play sick on V-Day to avoid taking the next big step.

7. THE FRESH PRINCE OF BEL AIR

In this family sitcom/episode, “Stop Will in the Name of Love”, Will decides to chaperone his little cousin Ashley when he turns it into a double date. He makes plenty of moves on his date and even shows public displays of affection, but he doesn’t enjoy seeing those same slick moves being made on little cousin.

8. FAIRLY ODD PARENTS

In this animated episode “Lovestruck”, Timmy Turner does everything he can to win a date with the most popular girl in school, Trixie. But he has to make a few wishes and adjustments when Cupid has plans to hook him up with his annoying stalker Tootie.

9. VALENTINE

Here’s another Valentine slasher film. I mean afterall, I think thats where the name truly derives from lol. So, someone’s killing off all the hot popular people from school. One of my fave scenes is seeing Katherine Heigl try to hide in a morgue when someone’s already trying to kill her. Like girl, how dumb could you be?

10. HAWAII FIVE O

In this cop show remake/episode “He Kauwa Ke Kanaka Na Ke Aloha”, a couple attempts to rob a convenience store on Valentines Day. I mean, thats a pretty unique date, I’ll say. However, the plan to rob the store goes awry when the guy robber gets deathly sick and a paramedic and cop from the task force are shopping in the building on that same day.

11. THE FLASH

In the superhero show/episode “Love is a Battlefield”, Barry somehow doesn’t realize that the woman he’s sleeping with is an imposter (rather than his actual wife). I mean she can suddenly cook and speak bilingual. But this Valentines Day is one of the first days in a while that the two are not too busy to spend quality time together, so he brushes off the thought that she’s changed. She later tells The Flash that she’s done playing damsel in distress and ends up kicking more ass then he does that ep. I actually enjoyed this wicked cool Iris compared to the other lol.

12. FRIENDS

In this sitcom episode “The One with the Birthing Video”, Chandler is too traumatized to focus on his Valentine’s date after seeing a live birthing video. I mean, he didn't even look twice at Monica wearing lingerieee lmao.
