Driving around on this beautiful day in Atlanta I notice that 99.9 percent of the people have windows up. I roll my windows down and sunroof open unless it is bitterly cold or raining hard. Have people become so afraid of "outside" that they have to keep themselves locked away? Why?

Obviously you don't have money to pay the fine because you're driving an old car, and you couldn't even afford insurance to begin with. So they throw you in jail for 6 months. You get out of jail even broker, no job, and if they catch you driving again without insurance the fine is a minimum of $5,000 and up to $20,000. Well, back to jail you go I guess? All because you were broke.
