I was talking to a girl a few years ago. She was really interested in me and wanted a relationship. I kind of pushed her away because of things I was dealing with. It definitely seemed like a rejection from her viewpoint. I always felt awful about rejecting her, so I apologized and told her what I was thinking. I said it was my fault and she didn't do anything wrong, and that she is great. I told her it was my anxiety and depression and I didn't handle it well and I didn't want to reject her. I owned up to everything, took full blame and shared what I never was comfortable sharing with anyone. Her response was to ignore my apology and then post a picture of her all Dolled up trying to look as good as possible. Her hair done, makeup, trying to look like an Instagram model. She doesn't always post pictures like this, so the timing felt intentional. My impression of it was like a, hey, I'm great this is what you're missing type of thing.

Noone owes anyone forgiveness, but I am put off by this response. I went from feeling sad I hurt her feelings to feeling grossed out by her character. I told her she was great, and it was my anxiety and depression, and she responded like I had rejected her. I don't know, no response at all would have been one thing. But to kind of rub it in someone's face with a "Screw you im the bomb" post after someone talks about dealing with depression. That seems kind of messed up to me.

Where do you stand? Noone owes forgiveness or her response was a red flag?

Lost my hair to an uncommon type of alopecia as a teen. Shaved what’s left since. Now 26. I pull off bald well but now developed a type of eczema that affects the scalp-you know which is bald. This can take months to settle down. So it’s either shaved scalp with fiery red patches OR a wig.

I began wearing full male wigs and honestly they look amazing, one is about $500 and lasts 6-12 months. I must stress these look very real. I often see people claim ‘all wigs look fake’ but you only notice the bad ones. Decent quality ones are great.

Anyway met many other men and women who all wear them as well through the hair dresser who supplies them and am finding it’s really common even for guys. I’m just curious how women will view it dating. I wouldn’t hide it at all and would share by the 2nd or 3rd date so only a couple weeks into talking to someone. Honestly I view them as no different than makeup or extensions etc.

AGAIN I MUST STRESS I DONT HIDE THE FACT I WEAR THEM. I honestly just kind of like having styles beyond just shaved again.

We are halfway through the Doja Cat Scarlet Tour series. Well halfway through the outfits we’ve seen already. There are still 10 more dates for the tour so 10 more outfits we haven’t seen yet. The era ends in September unless she adds anymore dates.

Fun factssss:

There were two legs to the Scarlet Tour. The North American leg and the European leg. Most of the time, artists will do the same show for every leg of their tours. But both legs of the show are completely different. Different set list, different set/visuals, and a different aesthetic.

The second leg began after she released the deluxe version of the Scarlet album.

The first legs aesthetic was very dark, gothic-like. Reds and blacks.

while the second leg revolves around cream, white colors, blonde hair. Doja sporting an almost naked look to her outfits.

Doja teased this new Scarlet era with her stylist, Guram Gvasalia, by the walking around New York City wearing little to nothing. She was wearing plastic wrap, garbage bags, and even just holding a bed sheet around her while having nothing underneath.

I love outfit 3, here. It’s simple but I’m obsessed with the piercings all over the outfit. Especially the mask.
