Search Results: choosing between 2 girls

So, I've been talking to this girl for about 2 months. Everything is great and we kissed and already slept together. We are not dating yet tho because we both still have our guards up. Anyways, she still speaks to her ex whom she had an 8 year relationship with. She is 21 and he was her first love and first lover. He cheated on her and she left him but they still talk and they have done favors for each other. This does not sit well with me and I told her this twice and she said the first time she'll stop and she told him. He kept calling and needed an emergency favor and she did it. I told her she has to choose between us and she said she has to think about it. She needs time to move on.
Should I be patient and understanding or just move on? I don't know, I like her and she's unique but this really doesn't sit well with me.

I've been wracking my brain trying to come up with the most reasonable prenup possible and this is was the result.

1.Whats yours is yours and whats mine is mine: Basically meaning anything either of us legally own in the marriage is ours to have when we leave with the only exception being whatever we choose to gift to the other.

2. Financial partnership: The both of us will contribute to the well-being of the household, in the event that one party makes substantially more then the other, the majority of finances will fall on said person and the other becomes full time housekeeper while maintaining a part time job so they can have their own spending money.

3.Leave the Kids out of it: In the event that we have children, neither of us will weaponize them or use them to take advantage of the other. Any problems we have are to be dealt between me and you.

4.The potential for an open relationship :The sad reality is no matter how much 2 people may love each other, they may want to go around a bit and get it out of their system. Therefore both parties should be open to the idea of swinging or even a poly-amorous relationship in the event that the monogamous arrangement feels strained

5.Strive for good terms:In the event that the marriage simply does not work out, both parties should strive to end it while on good terms. Neither party should go out of their way to screw the other side over.

Basically what this entails, is a simple cooperation agreement where both parties help each other and try to adapt to the circumstance at the time.
