i know they say honor thy parents but to me, that feels more like honor them with respect... not financially pay them back for all they’ve done for you... like hey y'all chose to be parents and i thank you for giving me life but dang... My dad for example wasn't in my life much after age 3 yet he thinks he can randomly call me asking for help paying his bills. My mom is getting back the same amount in tax refund as me, bt she wants to spend mine 👀 My grandpa had the nerve to ask for some of it himself after spending most of his funds on lottery ticket scratchoffs. I just dont get most parents... and the excuse is always AFTER EVERYTHING I’VE DONE FOR YOU! YOU can't DO THIS ONE THING FOR ME.. its the fact that its never just one thing. I spent most of my college refunds on my fam and saw that as paying them back. I also had to give 75% of each check from my first job to my mom for her bills. Basically it took a while for me to get smart with my money... and now that I am, my fam can't handle it. My bday is this weekend and I just want to shop/gamble but my fam is already holding their hands out asking for money to celebrate with me. Anyways, do your parents ever say that you owe them financially for raising you #FeelFreeToList

So this girl about 9 years younger than me went psycho on me on Christmas day in a jealous rage. She says she's straight. I told her I'm bisexual but we lived as a couple for a few weeks with her sharing my bed, cuddling me, holding my hands and air kissing me (not actual kissing). Yeah, I know. Weird for someone 100% straight and religious.

Anyway, we parted ways last week as I'm starting a new job and she did everything in her power to make sure she wasn't around for the last 10 days when the workload decreased. Would spend 90% of the time outside the office, go home early, show no interest in hanging out before I left etc.

The fight was basically a jealous rage because I invited some friends over for drinks and she wanted us to spend the remainder of Christmas eve alone together and since then, she would look for attention from me in the office. Not understanding why I wasn't giving in to her and remaining diplomatic until one day I pulled her aside and said we need to talk about the issue. We went for dinner that night and from the following day she was back to being cold etc.

She is Chinese. I am English speaking. Why is she suddenly posting a whole lot of stuff about resting, taking it easy and coping through darkness, in MY mother tongue and so that I am probably the only one who can see it seen as none of our mutual friends liked the posts?
