My family doctor got the receptionist of his office/clinic to email me the document needed to do a blood and urinal tests. Sadly my home printer doesn't fucking work because its drivers are corrupted somehow, and I tried to print from both my laptop (Acer Nitro 5 2019) and phone (Samsung Galaxy A34 5G). On the weekend, they close in the afternoon instead of the evening and my dad isn't here right now to help me fix this crap; I tried restarting my laptop, updating Windows 10, and even un/re-installed the drivers.

I attempted to add the printer manually via the Acrobat Reader app for my phone, but it couldn't detect it, nor did it be recognized when I allowed for direct wi-fi printing (I've also tried directly connecting the printer to my laptop via USB). I tried to print directly in the browser and through the Adobe software for both my laptop and phone, and none of them could detect the printer - by the way, my family printer is Xerox WorkCentre 6015N1 iirc of the model.

The nearest lab is like 15 minutes away walking and 5 minutes away by bus, so I don't know if I should go there to ask only to be rejected. Please don't tell me to call the lab because I already tried that and their receptionist line is busy, and also they don't have a fax number for me to send directly. The reason for me needing to do a test is because of my bloody stool problems, which my family doctor recommended I do (he also told me he'll refer me to a specialist in colorectal problems).

I have an East Asian friend (probably Japanese or Korean; I don't know tbh). He was rejected four times this month, so my boys and I are trying to help him out. Here's his stats based on the most objective analysis we have created:

• quite the handsome devil

  • piercing eyes although they aren't blue
• well-built (athletic)
• smart
  • 1570 on the SAT; can you believe it?
• great personality
  • friendly

  • has leadership

We REALLY want to help him. Why does he still get no girls at all?

One of the things that we came up with is that he's Asian and therefore looks unattractive (we live in a small town where he is the only nonwhite kid in school). However, we really don't want to end this off on such a hopeless note. After all, we've known each other in our friend group for 11 years. For reference, I am only 5'10 and semi-obese, but I still pull more girls than him. There is a girl, known to be the "ugly duckling".

Do we really just tell him that Asian guys are just inherently unattractive, or is there some other way we can sugarcoat it?
