So, maybe it’s just me being unreasonable or it’s something deeper, but I just don’t feel as into a woman romantically if she’s been with a lot of partners as opposed to a few or no partners at all. Maybe it’s just me being selfish and wanting her all to myself or maybe there’s more to it than just that. I can't really understand how some men can romantically be with a woman who has been with a bunch of other men. I mean, I would probably understand more if you wanted to use her for just the night for a one night stand or hookup, but falling in love with her? Getting into a relationship? Having children with her? I can’t really wrap my head around that. I don’t feel like I can love a woman deep if she’s had an extensive past of being with a bunch of people, nor do I feel she can love me to the fullest extent as well. I don’t think it’s insecurity, at least not fully. I think it’s something in my ape brain telling me that a woman who has been with a lot of partners is a red flag. I think it’s something biological, but my current intellect is not up to par for explaining/articulating my feeling, biologically.

I just feel like the bonding between me and woman is different if all we have to go by is one another, as opposed to having a bunch of partners before the “one.” I think something happens in our neural circuitry that might make it harder to love someone to the core, to be loyal, and to respond to sex differently. At some point, we’ll just feel as if the person we’re currently we is just another body or number. Good news is, there’s apparently a lot of women who share the same sentiments as me so there’s a good chance of finding a woman to get into a relationship with that has the same standing as I.

I should probably edit this when I have more information or my new thoughts come into my head, but right now, this is just on the top of my head. Any biology experts, chime in.

I'm a 22 year old virgin and that's partly by choice.

I've recently finished a college course where I got essentially bullied (feels weird to say that at my age in a college environment) about how I haven't had sex yet at my age. One of my three tutors being the worst for it: telling me to shut up because i'm a virgin, that I only have 8 years before I become a "wizard" and how i'll probably die alone. (not sure why it's any of his business, but that college course is behind me now).

Truth is: if it wasn't for the social expectations of "you need to have sex to fit in" I wouldn't really care that much. That's not to say that I don't want to ever have sex, but i'd rather it be with a partner than: "come on man! She'd usually be out of your league; you gotta do her! this could be your only chance!". My tutor made the point that if you have sex with 30 people then you don't care about your first and I understand what he's trying to say, but I'd feel more comfortable and probably enjoy it more if it was more about an expression of love with someone I care about rather done to just simply punch my V-card.

I'd much rather work on myself first: I have severe anxiety and am finally finding the courage to go out and talk to strangers; I attend social anxiety meet ups with others who have the same issues. I also attend the gym regularly in the hopes of toning into a body that I not only think will be more physically attractive, but also give me more confidence. That's not to say that I can't do this and have a relationship, but it just isn't that big a deal for me right now. I have had girls tell me they have feelings for me and while flattered, I just didn't feel the same.

So, should I feel bad about any of that?

Earlier on GAG I asked a question if everyone are capable to become terrorists, torturer, pro-genocide etc. Now I'm asking you if you think you could participate in a genocide directly without feeling bad or your conscience attacking you if given the right circumstances. With that I mean you're watching people dying in front of you and you're actually physically attacking (and killing + torturing) them, not only signing documents. You may work in camps. #Evil #Evilness

My Opinion:
I guess the majority of us; ca. 80 - 90% could easily participate in genocide if given the right circumstances and that over 60% wouldn't get attacked by their conscience. Why I think so is because of humans aren't only naturally and nurture wise capable to do good, but also bad because of it's how the human nature works. Often doing evil or bad is easier than doing good - especially in certain circumstances. It can even be very tempting to do it.

That doesn't mean you've to be evil or have evil intentions. You may do it because of you think you're protecting your family and loved ones from these people in addition to associate it with survival, food on the table etc. These people you kills can be any kind of humans you're thinking is a threat. People participating in genocide doesn't always see the killed ones as human beings and it's not always they sees bodies with arms and legs standing in front of them. Sometimes they sees something entirely different because of that's what the brain is trained to see and think.

Especially if you've read propaganda. Any people would be able to stop seeing a person as a human being and having person hood if they dehumanize the person enough. People who participated in genocide in the past were often not psychopaths or sociopaths, but normal well functioned healthy human being followed their human nature. It's natural to have empathy, but natural to not have it too if you thinks the killed ones are bad.
