This is not to say that there is anything wrong with either- I am just interested in seeing what people's preferences and reasoning are.

To be honest, I'd prefer an overweight woman to one who is a single parent.

- Women frequently cannot reject a man they are not attracted to without calling him a creep and alienate him from his friends and employees. Especially if he's not attractive.

- A woman can hit and abuse her husband or boyfriend as much as she wants and her friends will often cheer her on. If he touches her, even in self defense, he is likely to serve jail time.

- A woman can reject a man and even make fun of him for being short all she wants and people will say she has the right to have preferences. If a man rejects her for any physical feature, especially weight, then he is a shallow jerk and is likely to lose friends. Despite the fact that women hold men to higher standards.

- Feminists campaign in the name of 'gender equality' but lets men's abuse shelters shut down due to the lack of funding that the local women's shelter does not have issues with. Probably because said feminists are opposed to their existence.

I'm an average height guy who likes tall women. I understand that some can't get over the height differennce, and I still want to put my preference in my dating profile or tell a date that sometime if they feel bad about their height. Also, if they're around my height or taller and go out with me, that tells me they have confidence and aren't bothered by the height difference. I still pay attention to who they are as a person, but I figure if I compliment them on their stature, they may feel fetishized.

I've been called hurtful things before for stating other preferences in conversation with people, like how I want someone who takes care of themselves. I'm by no means the hottest guy in the world, but my ideal partner doesn't fit society's standards, so I might fit someone elses, too. I'm never mean to anyone for their looks, but feel I can't be honest with a woman if that's why I reject them because it could hurt their feelings.

I actually find people who are stubborn attractive, I know it's wrong but I can't stand when a woman let's me do whatever I want or never challenges me.

I'm also confident that if she is stubborn I'll know how to avoid getting into actual fights. And being stubborn doesn't imply anything about the person's intelligence either.

Also don't cheat and say you want something in between. It's either or based on preference.

Someone asked a question along the lines of "Which accent turns you off/do you find unattractive?" and then gave his answers and concluded his question with a comment implying that everyone had to give an answer.

Personally, I don't see anything offensive about it and if someone found my accent to be a turn off then that's their preference. But according to other users Im missing some glaringly obvious reason as to why such a question is offensive (to the point of being worthy of being reported) and so I pose the question to the people of G@G:
