Colour is a funny thing because the naming of colours changes through history. For example at one time we lumped blue and green together as one colour. Orange was stuck in with red until oranges became popular.

Now purples nice one, does anyone really know at what point it's indigo or violet? But here I want to concentrate on the two main words for the purple group in English, purple and puce.

Purple comes from the Greek porphura via Latin as purpura. From a type of mollusc you get dye from. The welsh porffor is closer to the original Greek.

Puce comes from the French puce meaning flea colour and is taken from the Latin pulex.

Both puce and purple are widely used in the uk and are exchangable in most peoples eyes but puce is perhaps an old persons word.

in all his videos there are no people present (hospitals, malls, stores, grocery stores, fire departments, police departments, popular tourist areas all empty) it’s all empty and nobody can figure out how he’s doing it if it’s fake?

I don’t have TikTok or instagram to ask him but my question would be, if there are no people left, who is driving the airplane ✈️ to go to different countries?

Or is there another way to get from point a to point b in that universe?

How is he traveling across countries? if he’s alone?

some speculate photoshop but they deleted just one person from one small clip and it took them hours! So how can Javier be doing it to fast walking videos that are long? And multiple ones?

others have speculated that he must know people who work in these different stores and they help him get videos of when it’s lonely?
But how can he know people in every industry? Firemen, clothing, grocery, airports? and in different countries? Plus that wouldn’t count the people walking outside the stores And airports?

28F, just leaning towards bad luck. I’m very introverted & not the friendliest but I don’t think I’m intimidating. I’m told I’m cute/attractive, it’s not like I’m a runway model yet guys just never approach me. I’m told guys look at me but they never do anything about it & I’m too shy. I know there’s nothing wrong with me, most women seem to get guys so easily. That’s why I’ve been on and off the apps since I was maybe 18, getting matches has never been a prob. Convo always fades, ghosting, lack of interest (goes both ways) & some guys who are crazy. I’ve tried a lot of them, usually I stick with Hinge. It’s always a pattern of the guys I want who don’t want me back & the ones that want me I don’t like back. For maybe the past year I’ve become less and less interested, I reply to matches/msgs every couple of days? Even when I was more engaged it still led to the same pattern of no success. A few people have said maybe I’m asexual (haven’t had sex or masturbated in years), assume I’m gay or I’m unsure of what I want. Maybe they’re all wrong & simply I haven’t found the right person? I dated someone for a few months back when I was 23 & after dealing with someone I felt like I settled for, I decided I’d rather be alone vs be with someone I am not crazy for. I’m kind of at the point where I’m apathetic & I just feel too old to be bothered.

Kind of a stupid/random topic to post, but... I'm just low-key kind of wondering what people's thoughts on this would be. I'm a big fan of The Office, and one of the things that sort of stuck out to me about Erin besides her cute naive personality and being sort of a daughter figure to Michael, was that her skirts were always quite a bit shorter than the other female character's skirts, such as Pam, Angela, or Kelly. Their skirts ended around just above the knee, while Erin's skirts ended about mid-thigh, and got shorter when sitting.

I guess this would low-key kind of fit Erin's personality... since she's not exactly portrayed as a "professional" or "smart" character. Heck, sometimes she was shown to be as dumb as Kevin, if not even more so than him. Maybe she just doesn't properly comprehend "professional attire." Maybe she just likes the short skirt because "it's cute," but doesn't comprehend it's not all that professional.

But in an office setting specifically, a formal, professional, business setting... just a bit too much thigh showing if you ask me.

For the record, anywhere else but a professional business setting, this skirt length would be perfectly "normal" and not stick out at all in my opinion. I am not a religious person who super believes in "modesty" and "showing skin is sinful/bad," nor am I a "slut shamer" or anything like that.

But if I saw a woman like that in a professional business setting in real life... I don't know. I feel I'd be pretty distracted by her bare thighs in such a setting. Bare thighs in an office setting just feels sort of out of place. And it'd be kinda hard to take that woman seriously, unless she was really, REALLY good at her job or something.

But then again... as mentioned, Erin is not supposed to be taken seriously. She's basically sort of a skinny, younger, female Kevin. Plus The Office in general is just a silly sitcom TV show, so perhaps I'm overthinking EVERYTHING!!! 😅😂😅😂😅
