prejudice/bias towards a criminal based on their race, gender, orientation or religion, would you love to live in this country?

This law would be based on the amount of valid evidence and the severity of the felon's homicide, physical assault or sexual assault, not on pathetic excuses of sob/emotional stories that they make or on the criminals racial background, religion or gender. Not to sound racist and sexist but it seems like whites and women are the most common criminals to play victim on the court to avoid accountability for their own actions.

It is a double standard. Look at the youtube video. Men vs. women spanking butt social experiment. Everyone comes to the defense of the women and confronts the guy when he does it but when the female actress does it to the male actor and he makes it clear that he doesn't like what she did, people ignore, laugh, one guy said,''Why don't you like it, she is preety,'' and when the male actor asked if she thinks it is sexual harassment, she responded''no.'' And when he told people to call the police, he got ignored.

I have seen a youtube video of a social experiment.''Men vs. Women spanking butt in Public!(Sexual Harassment Social Experiment) and a male and female actor are doing the prank to each other. Strangers show sympathy towards the female after she says she didn't like what he did but when the female did it to the guy and the guy was making it clear he was pissed about it, one guy laughed and said''She is beautiful, why do you have a problem with it?'' And other people just laughed (men and women). No one showed sympathy. And one stranger that is a woman responded to the guy, when he asked,''do you think what she did to me was sexual harassment.'' She responded no. And there were other people that just ignored the situation. I think the double standard is wrong.
