There is no law requiring me to be Christian, nor is there any law that would have me punished for being Pagan.
How many "Christians" do you know that actually attend church every Sunday, pray every day, read the BIble every day, give tithes and offerings every week, abstain from drunkenness, abstain from shellfish, honor the sabbath and do not work on Sundays?
Many of the "Christians" that I know simply claim Christianity because they would rather not deal with the Jesus fan club when they admit that they really don't believe in a god at all. And I live in southern Georgia.
This nation, unlike other, does not support a single religion. India, for example, has actually written their religious customs into their laws, making them a "Hindu Nation", although they do allow other religions where is does not violate their own.
We are not a Christian nation, were a Hypocritical Nation full of irresponsible liars, and greedy co-dependant moochers.

Nobody has ever said you have to be a Christian. However our laws were derived from Christianity and Christianity has lead this nation since day one and brought it Blessings too. There isn't any question the founding father's were predominantly Christian our there wouldn't have been any inscriptions carved in the walls in DC nor would there have been any swearing on the Holy Bible in a court room.
