Well said, although i think equality can and should be achieved in things like the pay grade in non-physical jobs because there is a definite bias towards men getting pay rises, which has to be weeded out of the consciousness.
There will always be areas where one gender is simply better than the other though.
When people say that men and women are equal, I think they really mean equal in dignity. You can hate feminists, but they fought for a lot of the rights you take for granted.(When I say feminists, I mean the ones who stick to the original principles of feminism, not man-hating).
Even early feminists had an agenda to break up the family and divide men and women. It was men who gave women rights, not feminists.
To your point about the wage gap - even after all factors are controlled for (including the type of job a person has), women are still paid 2-7% lower than men. That is, there is still an unexplained wage gap that gets larger as the type of job gets more sophisticated (i. e., the difference in pay at the CEO level is larger than at the janitor level).
There is still a bunch of other factors that can't be accounted for. And also in some fields women make more than men.
They don't take into consider the amount of time a woman takes off to take care of children if they are sick, have snow days, don't have someone to care for them, etc

Where they live is a major factor. Which company they work for. There is way too many factors.

Yea the industry, not the individual company. Like I said, the top positions in a company only has one person each. And each get paid differently and you can't compare other companies. Because each company pays differently.

@Thisperson98 The individual company shouldn't matter at a statistical level - that's why they did it on a per-industry basis. Otherwise, you'd end up with a classic "Small N" bias in the results.

^^ I have my (purely anecdotal, but POWERFUL) evidence from my own career, which is that men are **completely, absolutely unprepared** to deal with a woman who employs BOTH
1) hard-nosed negotiating tactics
AND
2) a genuinely pleasant, disarming, *somewhat* flirtatious personality.
The problem, apparently, with 99.5 percent of women who can do #1 effectively, is that they're so inured to "playing the bitch card" that #2 has fallen by the wayside.

I am not going to assume the philosophy you are trying to project here, BUT I do know that when it comes to love/sex, for men, there is no choice. The food analogy implies choice. Ronnie chooses one path and Donnie another. Many, if not most Men don't have a choice. So the food analogy: take ALL food away from them. After a while they will be eating live rat that crawled through a sewer. Compared to that, junk food will be amazing for both dudes and gourmet meals would be an added bonus.

If I took a chart and plotted the general female vs male libido in terms of population on a graph, the male would always be above the average mean. It will look like a line with small squiggles (little bit of ups n downs) A females would look like the Richter scale after a 8 sized earthquake. Some woul be way above the mean, some way below and some in between. Like super waves with troughs and peaks. Those women at the top peaks are called "Unicorns" for a reason. They are pretty rare.

• In MEN, sex drive is mostly affected by ESTROGEN levels. As long as testosterone is not super low, it doesn't have too much of an effect.
• In WOMEN, sex drive is mostly affected by TESTOSTERONE levels. As long as estrogen is not near zero, and as long as progesterone is not sky high, those two things don't have too much of an effect.

^^ True in women, and true in hypogonadal or low-testosterone men. Once the levels get past low-average (like 400-500 ng/dl), there is NO increase in libido as testosterone levels get higher.
I mean, if you know any men who take steroids, just ask them about it. Exogenous steroids raise testosterone levels (temporarily) to absolutely CRAZY levels -- like, several thousand ng/dl -- but still don't cause sex drive to go nuts.
In fact, a lot of these guys take anti-aromatase drugs, which make their estrogen levels drop to near zero... and that KILLS their sex drive (... and their ability to get and maintain erections, too).
It's actually a common problem with men in the bodybuilding/fitness sphere. They don't get labs done on the reg, so they don't know what the problem is... and, yep, they have testosterone of 2000-4000 ng/dl (= like 4-6 times normal levels), estrogen ≈0, and NO sex drive.

We all bring a different set of skills to the table and have different preferences and goals for our lives. Equality before the law should be a given but it isn't. Women actually have more rights than men do.

our court system is based on age old sexism that a mother is the best person to raise a child. a lot of this stems from the fact that it is believed that a child can't be raised without a mother. of course this is false but it is not the fault of feminism as it has been the case in our court system for nearly a century.

Since when has anyone said "men and women are equal" and literally meant "equal physically"? They mean men and women should be equal socially, economically and politically. This take is equivalent to one titled "Black and Whites Are NOT Equal: Here are some differences" then listing things like black people have wider noses and white people are taller. you are really saying the reason that women get less pay is that we choose jobs with less pay. that wasn't even our choice to begin with, before we were not even allowed to become doctors, and nurses and midwives were some of the only jobs in the medical field that women were allowed to do. no shit we are mentally and physically different but to blame the pay gap on women and say that it was our choice is a terrible argument. clearly your blind, because there is so much bias in pay and hiring for women in the workplace and women-dominated industries have so much less pay because there is so much sexism in the workplace.
We are all equal, since we are all humans and children of the same God. At the same time, we are different. Each genre has different biology and each human has an unique personality. That's so people have to depend on each other and form societies.
And while in civilized countries there exists equality, that's not true for many parts of the world, where women are still inferior to men.
