Biologically, they ate different. However, a person's "place" is what they decide it to be.
We are equal in our inequality.
Men can do things women can't and vice versa!!

Number 5 is a talked about a lot. The Wadge Gap. I haven't really seen a difference in wadge between men and women doing the same job, I have talked to a lot of people about this and they also agree. They haven't seen this wadge gap.
Maybe it exists in 3rd world countries, but I live in North America... and anyone feel free to show me proof or explain to me why it exists...
But I think it's misleading because it's not talking about an actual wadge difference, it's talking about how women need to talk time off for childcare, maternity or its comparing an office wadge or women to an Engineer wadge of a male which is not the same job.

I do... I work as a server right now and am going to nursing school.
This take stemmed from a discussion about women in the work force in my psychology class. My professor was talking about how it isn't fair that women don't have extended leave when they have children and that sounds ridiculous to me... the job still needs to be done.
I think that is not even about women or men.
It's about how cheep companies are these days.
Fathers can take paternity leave, but often don't because they will lose a lot of money so they have to work instead of taking care of their newborn.
I misread your point about the Wadge Gap, You are correct women do end up taking jobs that pay less...
But a lot of people interpret that as them literally getting paid less for doing the same job, which is not correct.
It sucks but this world revolves around money. People have to make sure they are careful, have kids when they are ready, make sure they have a stable partner and be able to support their children.
Companies are so cheep, government doesn't help out that much, it's honestly a bad time we live in.
