Trending & News I'm half black but was raised by my black side of my family and studied black history etc.
I grew up on the 80s and 90s hip hop scene but as I got older I dropped rap off my list of music due to the lyrics...
I listen to a lot of classic rock, country and indie rock now...
Indie rock? Wow. You're nowhere near the stereotype.
Lol I don't follow the crowd and it's sad when I hear the black card being used.
yes, i don't.
is this wrong?
if so, fuck off, i don't care.
my dark skin/nappy hair dictates how I must be, live, or think. just like having blonde hair or being 6' tall does.
but then i reckon continue to be pissed off about slavery and other such shit.
Depends on if it's old school or not. I mostly listen to soul, j-rock, j-pop, k-pop, classical music, and many other different genre's over rap and r&b.
I like rap and r&b because I grew up listening to it... but I hate "new" rap, it's horrible. 😑
So you like the old school stuff like above the law, Dr drew, 2pac etc? Yeah, I dont mind that either from time to time
do you mean dr dre? I listen to it almost every day. I still listen to good music like... Tupac, Biggie, NWA, Ice Cube, Method Man, Redman, little Kim and Missy Elliot. J. Cole and Kendrick Lamar, Drake, and Nicki Minaj. I listen to Keke Wyatt, Avant, Mary J. Blige, TLC, Erykah Badu, Lauren Hill, and Jahiem... and many more.
Yeah, I meant Dr. Dre it was the auto correct.
You have quite a range there. You've mentioned artists I like and some I don't
They're has to be just like there are white people who don't like rap

If you don't really know who he is, and you probably don't, then there's this.

I'm not a fan of mainstream rap but there are underground rap artists who I appreciate a lot more than the coons who rap about bitches, money, cars, and shooting up shit. As for R&B, I like it old school.
I think think there are quite a lot of black people who like soul instead of rap.
That pretty much falls under the umbrella of R&B though. Under the umbrella ella ella.
Probably. There are plenty of white people that don't like country music.
Its not really need the same thing though because white people aren't necessarily stereotyped to all like country music unless they either come from the country, are red necks or hillbillies and what have you or are those white guys who never smile and have no personality and try to act tough all the time.
No, not really that's why there's so many mistakes in it.
I don't like new age rap and R&B
i only listen to old skool stuff. I haven't been into new age stuff since 2006.
Bit of a conspiracy theory you got there but I agree with your taste of the stuff after 2006. I liked slim thug though, I think he was after.
What about Obama though? He got the top job in the world almost
i am who feels like a black i like those of them. Specially at the gym these are important and a little bit house music.
I don't understand your comment.
I said A
You're clearly not black though.
But i feel like a black😁
Ah, I see. you're one of those.
I don't really like r'nb... but some hip hop is good if it has a good beat...
like macklemore or will i am
OK. I think you would probably fall within the range of the stereotype then.
I don't know R and B but I really dislike rap and I'm not black...
OK. Not really the demographic I was going for but sure.
