Lol a lot of Music in general today is all horrible their are many rappers who promote change and riches not drugs and and staying in drugs and shooting people. They talk about their come up which motivates others in poverty to come up cause they can relate and make changes not every rapper is talking about bullshit just like every heavy metal band isn't talking about eating bats or satanism or killing people or physc wards, just every country singer isn't a warmonger and every little singer isn't promoteing weird shit.

Rap music never held me back and thats what i came off of.

Kinda has a influence but not much. Black people throughout the world are just a dysfunctional race of people.

In African countries and in Haiti for example rap music doesn't exist or is hardly heard yet the people can't advance whatsoever and struggle just to eat or eat out of dumpsters and live in muddhuts.
