A girl I have been friends with told me she really liked me. She is really pretty and fun but she has a bad rep. She fights with lots of people. This makes people view her as a bad person. But I got to know her and she isn't that bad. But I told her i'm not interested and she is really mad at me. What should I do?

Fear of being raised a finger is never a good sign that a relationship will last. Honestly the fact why we humans reject potential mates isn't as cut and dry. People reject and choose their partners subconsciously. He probably doesn't see her as the right partner with whom to develop a more serious relationship. Nothing wrong in rejecting someone you don't feel sure of dating. Obviously choose for yourself, not based on how others perceive her. But seeing How others see her can be an indicative of what may be in store for you, so it's important to bear that in mind. Judging any guy for rejecting a girl needs to back off.
