Do people from different ethnicities smell different?

Yes they do. Different bacteria have been found to exist on the skin of different people races. Different species metabolize the sweat secreted on your skin differently leading to different products. These products are the cause of the body odor and is what causes the discrepancies between different races.

Probably yes, since people of different ethnicities eat different things & some of them eat food that has a scent that reallllly sticks to their clothing

I don't know that people naturally smell different.
