I have noticed that when non white dudes are musty, their armpits have a strong pungent spicy smell; why is that?

I ask because I work in construction with a bunch of nonwhite dudes (Jamaicans, Indians, Puerto Ricans, Mexicans, Dominicans, and African Americans). Their musk is so powerful, that the break room ends up smelling like a combination of spices, garlic, onions, and sweat. I have noticed that when white people sweat the musk is stale.
Despite this, these nonwhite dudes are pretty cool.

I am white and I call that smell "wet white people" I think its from not washing their clothes properly.
