The dark girls above look classically beautiful whereas the blonde white girls look exotic, in my opinion. Being blonde is an anomaly (it's a recessive trait). Therefore, blondes are exotic, by definition.

They are all incredibly beautiful and sensual women. Their physical beauty is on the same level so it comes down to their aura and the vibe they give.
Scarlett behaves like the cute girl next door and it suits her appearence pretty well too but it is not the most attractive way to behave.
Jen Lawrence behaves somewhat similar but she also excudes more confidence than ScarJo so it is a plus point for her.
Aishwarya is a really elegant lady who knows that she is beautiful and she uses her beauty as her power- for example by doing pageants and gaining reputation/fame from it.
I do not know who Kajol is so i can not comment.
Deepika Padukone is so humble and sweet but she acts like a teenage girl rather than having a serious, womanly image. She is still classy though
So in my opinion, Miss Aishwarya is on the top of this list.
