What does it mean when the guy playfully pinches my arm as he's walking away?

I really like this guy and I think he likes me, but I'm trying to read the signs right. we smile and wave at each other every day and I always catching him looking at me. And the few times I have talked to him he's pinched my arm when I started to walk away.

Would he do this kind of stuff if he was seeing someone or just plain not interested?
