Are female Muslims not allowed to paint their nails?

So far I have noticed Muslims don't have colored nails. So I wonder if it's not allowed in their culture.

Theyre not allowed to:
- wear make up
- have boyfriends
- listen to music
- eat pork
- have pet dogs
- date non muslim men

but doesn't mean they will follow

My close friend from Saudi gets her nails done on a regular basis at a nail salon. And she lives in a super duper conservative city - Riyadh. But there's still a lot of nail salons there. So yes they are allowed, only some are not but that's most likely due to family rules.

It is not that, it is just when u paint your nails, your wudu (ablution) will be invalid because the water won't be able to get to the surface of the nails obviously, but if u spot ANY practicing muslm woman wearing a nail polish it most likely means that she is on her period lol.
