Why does it seem like EVERYONE around me has a "special someone" but me?

Okay, a little about me : I'm really down to earth, straight A-student, constantly get told I'm beautiful even by random people everyday (not trying to sound cocky at all, just trying to prove a point so please don't take it like that), extremely friendly, been told I look like a younger version of Mila Kunis and other celebrities, etc. I guess you could say that I'm your typical innocent girl. Never even HAD a boyfriend. And yes, I do try to give signals and all to guys that I am interested in but I'm starting to give up because all the other girls around me always talk about how the guys approach THEM even though they do not have good personalities at all and are very slutty, sorry to say. So why does it seem like no guy out there tries to go after me, but instead they go after some girl with a HORRIBLE personality? (Yes, personality is what matters the most to me.) I just don't understand why I get stares but nothing more. Do you think there's someone out there that is trying to get my attention if anything?

I wouldn't worry about it, I got my first girlfriend only 5 months ago, and I'm 25, and I couldn't be happier.

Don't stress over being in a relationship or not too much, I did the same mistake when I was really young. Just be happy with your self, focus on improving your self, and focus on making a life for your self.

Before you know it, you will find your soulmate in some random encounter.

I found my soulmate by pure chance on STEAM *for those unfamiliar with it, it's a gaming platform*.

Looking for a relationship will usually result in you hooking up with the wrong people, just be your self, and eventually your perfect guy will appear. You are still young, and until that day just be happy being single and enjoy life. :)

Well most times we are intimidated by a great looking smart girl. We figure that she is out of our league or she has got to have a boyfriend.

They (guys) are most likely intimidated by how beautiful you are, and often girls make things up or exagerate about how a guy approaches them. (My friends have done this) They (girls) sometimes do this because they're in the same situation as you and believe that other girls get a lot of attention and they don't want to be left out and/or they are also intimidated by you or other pretty girls. You wouldn't expect girls who honestly get a lot of attention to brag about it because it's normal for them, so it wouldn't be a big deal.Girls who do brag about it are seeking attention because they feel they don't get enough and want to be noticed.

No, trust me. These girls have a reputation! Its not about how many people they sleep with, it's more about how rude they are to other's and how they think the world revolves around them.
