I'm not sold on the divisions on your map, eg Croats belong in the same category as Serbs, not with Greeks, Spaniards etc. They just don't look alike.

There are good looking people everywhere, and likewise, not so good looking people everywhere. I've been to most of the places on that map at one stage or another, and one area of it, to my mind, had less good looking people than average. I'm not going to stir up shit by saying where that was.

Hungary and Romania have stunning looking women, although they don't look like each other. One thing that struck me in both of these was that there seemed to be a comparatively high number of 'average' looking guys with stunning girlfriends, but I think that was mainly because the women there were on average very attractive.

I voted Northern Europe because I was watching paradise hotel in Denmark several years ago and they were by far the best looking television stars I had ever seen in my entire life.

Northern! Especially Scandinavian guys! Although I find Scandy men more physically attractive than the rest, European guys in general are feminine in my opinion.

eastern and nordic is my go to. But I've never turned down anybody from central or southern. I usually prefer a mix of southern, central or northern and southern.

East, North and Central Europe (Czech, Russian, Swedish, Polish, Norwegian, Danish). But there are lots of attractive girls in West and South Europe too, especially in Ireland and Bulgaria.
