Can you define feminism?

Since there's so many hates and criticism that have been throw towards feminism (Not blaming you lol) Why don't you define feminism in your own perspective?

Basically... feminism is for women who have either low confidence, have a victim complex, hate being a woman because they have some sort of idea that women in 1st world countries are oppressed OR don't want to get married because it does more harm than good. Then... there are those Women Studies cult classes that try to collect members (women who believe what you learn in all classes is fact and never opinion), and are PROBABLY Liberal (far right) or brainwashed by radical feminists.

I do believe that feminism can be beneficial in countries where women ARE oppressed in reality. Third World countries maybe. Unfortunately some of these women don't want these Western feminists' help. I also believe 1st and 2nd wave feminism was beneficial in the United States.

Unfortunately... third wave feminism seems to have very little to do with equality. If anything... straight white men are becoming more oppressed. I hope I don't have to raise a son to be feminine and passive. I want to raise a strong, assertive soul who doesn't take shit from anyone!! I want to raise a daughter that doesn't mind being in a relationship and loves her feminine artistic qualities... who still knows when something feels wrong! :)

I DO NOT live in fear. I have a man to keep me safe. I want to get married. I don't want to have an abortion. I love who I am. I have been through hell and am stronger because of it. I am not a feminist.

It's an umbrella term that covers a lot of very different viewpoints; but with the core goal of redressing gender inequalities, acknowledging that society is structured in such a way as to disproportionately assign power to men.

I'm an intersectional feminist, which means I am aware that society is comprised of many different, intersecting power structures, and therefore gender cannot be isolated as a site of inequality because people's lived experience is also determined by many other factors such as race, sexuality, dis/ability, age, etc. Therefore, when seeking to combat inequality, it's important to consider all these factors and stand in solidarity with every unfairly disempowered group.

Another very important feature of my feminism is seeing gender as performative; ie. it is a social construct maintained by people's gender expressions and interpretations of gender, rather than something that exists objectively of societies. This is apparent from the differing manifestations of gender cross culturally; different societies having very different norms when it comes to gender and gender roles.

The problem is people lost themselves. Anyone who get educated on the differences between "Feminism" and "Feminazi" won't criticize unless basically they be against women's rights.
Feminism and Feminazi are totally different activities. Many claiming the activity of Feminazi as "Third wave of Feminism or Modern feminism" that's so incorrect. Feminazi's activities started in late 70's while third wave of Feminism occurred in late 90's. They have no link.
Feminazis wanted to destroy the nature and value of Feminism according to their own agenda. People like "Robin Morgan" who came across as a hatred spreader with revengeful attitude. Such groups and communities started to turn "Feminism" into a complete misguided idealism. Specially motivating unreasonable and unrelated activities such as "free bleeding" and "Armpit hairs" to distract individuals and vanish the main purpose of Feminism among people and replace it with hate and radical beliefs instead. Which some people unfortunately joined the trial even subconsciously. And those who criticize and mixing Feminism and Feminazi together are people who gave Feminazists what they wanted. They allowed the misguided ideology get shoved down their throat.

Feminism:
The advocacy of women's rights on the ground of the equality of the sexes.
Feminazi:
A radical feminist.

Equality for both men and women. I believe it should stop being one-sided. For example girls can get away with wearing men's boxers but guys can't wear panties without getting made fun of and thought of as "gay". I'm a straight guy and I wear panties sometimes instead of boxers. I also sometimes full on crossdress.

A completely useless ideology based on lies of women trying to create equal rights by outright ruining men's lives by lying to the authorities about being raped, accusing completely innocent men of malicious deeds such as *spreading their legs on a train* or outright attacking people based on their skin color and claiming anyone who doesn't agree with their point of view as *misogynistic or sexist pigs*.

Complaining about a non existing wadge gap.
Parading in less clothes that a local hooker and demanding to be respected.
Trying to interrupt mens discussion about male suicide.

Attacking men & then expecting not to be hit back.
Refusing to listen or to agree with anyone else's opinion.
Running away or attacking when confronted with solid facts and evidence.

Refusing to help or downright ignoring countries that are really having women oppressed or killed.

This is just a small portion of how femenism is doing everything to destroy equallity.

Equality for everyone. That's what it's supposed to be. Early on, it concenrated more on rights for women, and rightly so, because they didn't have the rights men did. Now, a real feminist cares about everyone.

3rd wave feminists seem to be ignorant of that. That stupid bitch who said cold air con settings in the office is sexist? That's just feminazism.

A handful of ugly, bitter lesbians and their useful idiot supporters demanding benefits and special treatment from Western White men because of the mythical patriarchy and wage gap while at the same time they have no problem to support the influx of non-White men into Europe who are sexist and dont care about women'r rights and equality. Feminism means "pro-woman" to me. Just look at the root of the word, it means "pro-woman", not "pro-equality" or "pro-equity". Plus, feminism (not feminazis) tend to fight for equality while equity would seem more fair to me. We are not born equal so what's the point of trying to bo equal. Some things would benefit only one gender so it's probably best to compensate somewhere else instead of applying something that only benefits one side.
