Is diversity bullshit?

Mixed groups of people only get along when there is an IQ similarity or similar mental patterns. True diversity is something you people may not like. For example living in the hood or moving to an area with extreme religious people would disconnect you from the people because your mental patterns and IQ are too different.

Sub cultures within the black community is a perfect example of why diversity is an illusion. Black thug life culture limits IQ levels so smart people can't connect with them.

Now Black conservative culture is where you find most smart blacks that can connect with smart white people.

Then you got liberal black culture which connects to other races of equal emotional states.

So diversity isn't real. We are always on a mental level connecting with like minded people.

I don't think multiculturalism works as well as many people say it does. Homogeneous cultures tend to be more high trust than mixed cultures because there's less difference in values. It's common sense really, when you get different cultures with contradictory values loving closely among one another you get tension and conflict.

These people then like to say that we should all be one, all get along and forget about differences. But that we should celebrate diversity, which means difference. So we're all the same, we should forget our differences, while we celebrate our differences. What? These people also often argue that we should all mix and become one race to end racism, again contradicting the idea of celebrating diversity. Nothing they say makes any sense.

Theoretically IQ should be pretty stable regardless of environment. One of the biggest criticisms of it is that ways in which we measure IQ are too affected by environment. So it seems like you have a poor grasp of IQ.

Even with that being said, difficulties of people from different backgrounds interacting due to inherent intelligence gaps is something that I have literally never witnessed. Could you provide some evidence that people from different backgrounds either don't get along or have different intelligences? Also is there a reason you believe black conservatives are more intelligent?
