I feel like the people who feel too much diversity is a bad thing are the same people that can’t understand anyone who lives a lifestyle different than what they’ve chosen. Like if they’ve picked the white-picket-fence, married with two kids and a dog lifestyle, they can’t understand people who would have cats, or not have kids, or not get married. They lack that critical thinking that allows for better empathy, no shame on them for it though as it just means they live in communities where they’ve never been taught how.

No. It's good. Because it forces us to be more educated and aware of other cultures/groups, and forces us to have to include others instead of being a constant locker room full of jocks or cheerleaders who all want to think the same way and want the world to think their way too.

hiring or access to government benefits based on diversity is wrong. Hiring the best candidate makes for a strong, more efficient government. Hiring a bunch of affirmative action rejects give us the government we have today.

If it comes at the expense of performance, stability, and efficiency, yes. Then again, I also think that people treat things like diversity, tolerance, and inclusion more as ideologies, which ends up leading to the opposite outcome.

Yes there is. Your ancestors didn't build countries then fight and die just for you to give it away to anyone that claims they have a right to it. their are no white countries left now just multicultural ones.

I don't think there is such a thing as too much diversity. Conversely, there is definitely a thing such as too little diversity.
