Anonymous(30-35)+1 yFor the following reason:
1. People are subconsciously influence by what the media tells them. The media often say blacks are lazy, dumb, criminals etc. So people associate black skin with low status.
2. Media promotes white as the ideal beauty. Blacks have contrasting features to whites more often than not (though it varies base on tribe) and so are often deemed ugly. The only exception being when blacks tend to have features very similar to Caucasians that they look like a Caucasian person with dark/brown skin.
Example - Eva Pigford is considered attractive by non-blacks very often because she has many features to do that of a white girl.
www.superiorpics.com/pictures2/Marcille_sd13.jpg
3. Each race has their own reputation that will affect how people see you. Think of it as the race version of street cred. If your race has negative stereotypes against them then people will perceive you badly and make assumptions about you. Example - Muslim people post 9/11.10 Reply

+1 yEasy dude... First of all it's impossible that you know what all other races think about blacks people. this general , collective accusations are just never true.
Secondly "Arabs definitely hates black people " are you kidding? I mean did you even talked to Arabs? did you visit any Arabic country?18 Reply
Asker+1 yI've talked to plenty of arabs. Most hate black people. Arabic countries such as the Middle East defiantly hate black people, they still consider them as slaves in those countries.
- +1 y
WTF are you talking about? Their is almost 12 arabic country in africa. We don't consider ourselves slaves.
Asker+1 yEven those Arabic counties in Africa believe that blacks are slaves, not as much as middle eastern countries though. I don't know where you are hearing that middle eastern countries aren't racist when they defiantly are. A lot of the people over in those countries hate black people over there, just ask any Arab who has lived in a middle eastern country.
Asker+1 yArabs in the US are also racist. Not all of them but a lot of them. Some believe that just because on the US census, they are classified as Caucasian and that gets to their head or they don't like blacks for different reasons.
- +1 y
WEll you can start asking me cause (REady? ) am a f**king arabic person who lives in a middle eastern country called Egypt. Me out (Thug life ) lol
Asker+1 yCool, but you don't live in a middle eastern country such as Iraq or Iran. Those countries mainly believe that blacks should be slaves. Arabic counties and Africa are a little less, but are still prevalent.
- +1 y
Did you know that Iran not even an arabic country >> you know what nvm
Asker+1 yOh, I'm sorry, "Persian" is the correct term. They still don't like blacks.
I don't know who told you this buuuut this isn't true. A majority of people of every race don't hate black people. A minority of them might have an engrained prejudice against black people, but even then, I'm sure they don't hate us. Hate is such a strong word. I'd reserve the word hate to extremist/supremacist groups. As a black person myself, I don't find it very hard to make friends outside of my race. As for dating outside my race, I've found that most people prefer to date within their race. And that's fine. Everyone has their own preferences. I don't feel entitled to a date from anyone. Do Western societies have more Eurocentric standards of beauty? Yes. But even that's changing nowadays. My advice to you is to persevere. Don't enter social situations assuming people will ostracize you because of your race. If someone doesn't want to be your friend, they very well might have another reason

+1 yIf you are smart and educated and classy and wear a suit and tie and glasses - you won't get treated the way other blacks are treated. I see a lot of respectable black people in my school that are honoured and esteemed by whites and its because of their superior intelligence, incredible work ethic and extremely selfless attitude towards others. On the other hand - 96% of the black people in my school are immigrants who came from overseas to study and the tuition for a black person who is not a Canadian citizen is over $43 000 a year so only the smartest and most hard working blacks come to my school. Keep yourself physically fit and wear a suit and tie, you will get respect this way.

Asker+1 yI am an educated black male, but that won't cut it for a lot of people. People judge your skin color first, then intelligence.
- +1 y
This is kind of racist though. It's saying you need to be top of your game as black and you'll get treated with equal respect as a non-black who doesn't even need to do 1/2 of that.
- +1 y
No she is saying if don't dress and act like a fucking thug then people won't judge you. Get this if you saw a white guy with a backwards cap on, a white shirt, and saggy black pants you would think that he is a fucking thug. There is some many people that are bit racist against black people that they have legit white people saying that all white people should die. Like what the fuck, don't let videos influence you because they want to only show the bad so you think your contry is better
- +1 y
@ImNeutralityandEqual Nope. Most people would think he's either a white boy trying too hard to be black and not take him seriously or they would just think he's into hip hop. Whereas people have a low opinion of a black person dressing like this.
Also look closely at what she said:
1. If you are smart
2. If you are educated
3. If you are classy
3. If you dress and wear a suit, tie and glasses
vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/.../latest
Then people will look at you as a respectable black person. So basically if you act like an up tight black person, who looks like an uptight snob then people will respect you. This is kind of insulting because a non-black person doesn't need to do nearly 1/2 this for people to respect them.
A white guy can wear shorts, shirt, slippers and have laid back attitude and no one thinks less of him. Yet, a black does the same and suddenly it's ok to treat this person disrespect because they are not confining themselves to this specific behavior you've set up.
- +1 y
@ImNeutralityandEqual A white person doesn't need to be smart for people to respect so why does the double standard apply to black to get respect?
A white person doesn't need to dress up with a tie, suit, glasses and act like their going to a job 24/7 to get respect and people will respect a white guy wearing a tank top shirt and some baggy pants. So why does a black need to dress differently?
- +1 y
@bubbleboy you're an idiot
+1 yThe news, in other countries, blacks are indenfied as wild, anger issued people with guns in there right pocket ready to start a fight. Thanks to all the news you see in other fucking contries people think that we're scary people. And not latinos because they go through shit too , I mean have you seen Donald trump and his supporters. Also with a Asains too everyone deal with each other, everyone is racist against each other it's just more people in America, India, china, and north and South Korea because they watch to much television. So there just scared of us. Don't worry it's not a lot of them it's just some

+1 yI'm black and it does feel like that but all you can do is live your life the very best way that you can. You can not let what other people say about you, bring you down or make you feel down about yourself. Other races have issues of their own. They dont have it all together as society makes it seem. You should surround yourself around positive blacks and people who are uplifting.

+1 yI seriously never witnessed this so-called "black hatred" despite one in one of my units in the Marine Corps. I have black friends, I have Mexican friends, I have white friends. We literally all make fun of each other. I think it's a better idea to ask why people hate you as a person and not assume it's just because you're black. The defeated victim mentality is starting to piss me off tbh.
I experienced racism from blacks as well. Someone called me a white boy in high school, I responded with alright black boy. Dude they flipped their shit lmao. Double standard much? They stereotype whites all the time. There is a group of black people in my residence hall that I tried to sit down with and they completely stared me down. Awkward ass moment. They only hang out with other blacks. I hear them say white boy this white boy that. Fuck them. Racism is everywhere and every race experiences it. Not just you. You aren't a special snowflake.20 Reply
+1 yI'm Arabian and I'm White and guess what? I still like African American people. It's not just THAT race, it's every race. People just hate on each other no matter what color skin. I get derogatory comments all the time like, "sand nigger" for example. It's not just you, and not all people are racist just because they're not Black. I'm not and I love everyone simply because we're all equal. Trust more, and quit thinking that your race is being singled out? I knew plenty of African Americans that are racist, but I also know plenty of other people that a racist but are other races. It has nothing to do with race. It simply has to do with personality and their outlook. Everyone's different.

Asker+1 yWe, unfortunately, are being singled out. That's great that you aren't racist and hopefully this generation can stop racism ( kinda unlikely though because of many different factors.). People from middle eastern counties just don't like black people. They still think of them as slaves.
- +1 y
I understand how and why you think you're being singled out but you're really not. Mexican people for example. People are just as racist towards them as they are to African Americans. It's a huge circle. Slavery is a crime because we're all equal. People have realized that over time, and of course there are still racist people out there, but it's getting better over time and it will continue to get better. Think about how far we've come since slavery was legal. All I'm saying is don't let fear of being different, and stereotypes of different races stop you from having any kind of relationship with other races other than your own.
Anonymous(30-35)+1 yIt's not hate. The people of the world aren’t out to get black people; they are just exhausted with them. They are exhausted by the social pathologies, the violence, the endless complaints, and the blind racial solidarity, the bottomless pit of grievances, the excuses, and the reflexive animosity. The black elites explain everything with “racism."

Anonymous(36-45)+1 yIt seems like the majority of blacks are poor. Also, when it comes to dating the opposite sex, black women either have grease in the hair or its really dry and its unattractive. So, not good for dating either, for those of the other races, that can't look past the grease or extremely dry hair that many blacks tend to have. But I do not hate them and I am not racist. But I do not like them either.

Anonymous(36-45)+1 yyour statement is not true my friend. There are some people of every race that hate every other race. That's just how it is. But the majority of any one race, DOES NOT hate black people. To assume that everyone is racist is in fact... racist. So u might do some soul searching this weekend and try to realize that not everyone is against you at all. No worries. :)

Blacks have highest discrimination among escorts/prostitutes and online dating. Many people outright from the get go write on their dating profile to not message them if you are black.
Opinion Owner+1 y@BubbleBoy69 my point still stands. SOME people of every race hate others of certain races. But if you're using escorts and prostitutes and online dating for your sample pool, well, your results are gonna be a bit skewed. lol. Those are not exactly the pinnacle of any society
Asker+1 yNot saying everyone is racist, but a lot are racist. Everybody wants to hate on the black person because that is what the media has told them. Society has told them that their race is better than the black race and they say that to every race, which brings up this racist agenda.
- +1 y
1. Yes people of every race hate/discriminate against others of another race. However, frequency of discrimination are seen far more towards one race and less towards others. And from what can be seen blacks are more often than not discriminated compared to say whites who often get less discrimination by people when it comes to dating.
2. Escorts/prostitutes/pornstars shouldn't be ruled out. After all it shows that even in a profession where people are offering a service for sex, their own discimination for blacks are so strong that they are willing to forego monetary gain. Escorts/prostitutes at end of the day are people too and shouldn't be discourages as not being statistically worthy.
3. Online people are more honest with themselves than out in the world. A girl or guy will not outright say "I don't date blacks" face to face to someone who ask them out because it can lead to conflict. However, many people can list their preference and show what they truly want online. - +1 y
It's no different that a white racist who will smile at you and be pleasant to you face to face but then go on stormfront and write derogatory things about your race and might even slander you behind your back.
2K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. I don't. But we are dealing with CENTURIES of whites making up lies about black people to keep them down, and many people still believe a lot of those lies. I'm really sorry for that. I do not know what the solution is for you.

Blacks from what I've seen often treat non-blacks much nicer than blacks and try very often to integrate into a non-black group. Also even among black teachers, there seems to be low confidence in the success of a black student. Black people tend have this, you aren't going to make anything of yourself mentality when it comes to their own people.
Asker+1 yOk, but the black on black crime isn't because they hate their race, it's because they hate that individual whether it's because of their affiliation with someone they don't like or they did something that the murderer didn't like. Black on black crimes are not hate crimes because they are not killing each other because they hate the black skin color.
Opinion Owner+1 yI dont agree with that at all. I have seen how blacks treat each other first time. It doesn't matter why they treat each other bad... it is the fact they do.
