For reproduction, women can collect sperms from sperm banks. If you say sexual attraction, then most women are bisexual. So why do women need men?

I don't want to offend Creationists, but I'd say that the main reason was millions of years of evolution. A large proportion of people are attracted to the opposite sex (or both). That's how (probably) everyone reading this got here.

I'm single and straight, but I don't "need" a woman. No woman really "needs" a man.

Clearly both men and women are needed for reproduction to perpetuate the species. Men and women are equally necessary in that respect. But aside from that, women need men far more than the reverse. Men make this planet livable for women.
