Men's penis size comes in many sizes.
But also women vagina size come in many sizes also. Some women have very deep and loose vaginas, others have more firm and tight vaginas, some women have more flexible vaginas, others have a stiffer vagina, etc.

So why all the blame in the mans penis size? Why is it "he was too small" not that "She was too big"

I'm genuinely curious, I'm not trying to insult either sex/gender. Because I've been with women who have a super tight vaginas and those women thought my penis was a good size, some of them even though I was big. But I've also dated women with bigger looser vaginas and they admitted to me that I wasn't big enough for them.

Well, I guess that the size of a penis is absolute, it can be measured and then assessed against the national average. Therefore people are more readily able to make a judgement, either based on factual information or on their own preconceived ideas about what big and small is.

Nobody measures vaginas in the normal course of proceedings. You might have a feel for whether a vagina is tight or loose in your opinion but that's about it. It's a lot more subjective because you don't have measurements to go against a national average. Also, the vagina can both expand and contract during arousal and with the use of muscle control. The penis expands during arousal but then you're pretty much expanded until the arousal goes away. You can't suddenly make it bigger or smaller (unless you lose your erection).

Basically because you'd be lucky to get women to openly *say* the word vagina let alone talk about them in depth. For the most part, girls don't care what size a guys d is. It doesn't even cross our minds and anyone who would break up with a guy over it is not worth bothering to date. It matters to other guys (for some weird reason) it doesn't matter to girls. I'm not trying to contradict you because what you are saying makes sense but what I always understood is that when it comes to kegels there a nuance to that. Basically the tightness achieved, the maximum result will be different for all women. 1 woman who has a super loose deep vagina, her maximum result will be a tight vagina with Kegels, but then another woman with a super loose vagina, her maximum result will be a sorta tightisht but still loose vagina but not as loose as before. So even though Girl A and Girl B start in the same place, their maximu result is different.

To my understanding it depends on the woman how much, sorta like when muscles are worked out and fibers are broken and reform new protein fibers.
