Can a man be raped by a woman? As in vagina and penis. We all know that the vagina lubricates itself during rape to avoid damage but can a man get hard to avoid damage? If not, then if he is hard does it not count as rape? Curious.

I would say yes. Dudes get boners all the time, it doesn't mean that they wanna have sex every time it happens. In the same way that many female rape victims find themselves becoming wet during rape - a body's natural reaction to touch -, many male rape victims may find themselves becoming hard, again as a natural response to stimulation, even if it's stimulation they don't want. That stuff is well known to happen and it's unfortunate because I guess it makes the victim really feel ashamed and kinda doubt whether they were really so against it but yeah, I'd definitely say men can be raped by either men or women.
