I've never chosen this one as MHO. What the hell seriously?
Indeed. I'm actually pro life sentence for rape crimes.
nah i believe all those fuckers should die, i dont want to pay taxes to feed those bastards
Death penalty doesn't exist in my country but yeah, I agree!

Regarding the question of raping the rapists : rape is such an annihilation of one's humanity will and dignity. To me, it's closer to torture than anything else. It's a crime against one's humanity. So, can we also justify torture? I'm not sure honestly...
Yeah, it's definitely a tough one, but if someone makes someone else suffer unnecessarily, then isn't it fair that they get what's coming to them? I guess a person's morals do play a part, but I wouldn't mind having serial killers or something die, they made others suffer.
Then you've just become one of them and deserve the same treatment. One's awful mind and behavior aren't worth the loss of my soul.
You mean the person who's giving the criminal their punishment is no better or?
Then look at the answers, you might be surprised lol.
I did. I have not commented but this thing with "sperm controlled the guy" is complete bs to me, as far I know it isn't accepted by law as any legit state of uncotrollability and there is gonna to be a reason why not. They can have a condition, but that's another story, then they are just mentally ill.
I knew there may be some weird answers. To be honest, I thought there would be more BS. I'm quite happily surprised.
Aha, my unasked question still remains, what's the purpose of asking something like that.
Curiosity. Why do so many people here ask questions about sex or how they look? How is that relevant to anyone? This question is a society question. It impacts everyone.
I take it like "Curiosity what people will answer though the answer is obvious and the answers of majority are predictable since the answer is obvious." Well, okay then.
But not everyone...
I couldn't watch the video as it wasn't available...
"Manchild" by the band The Creatures. Siouxsie just alludes to it never going right out and saying it the lyrics are "I walk in boots too big for me"the women do cry as they watch over me"I work at the altar and try to be good"But just like the others I'll soon travel in wood" Like many sexual themes she has covered it's quite hidden. I'm not sure that I agree with it, but it's a justification. Same justification Margaret Atwood used in "Handmaiden's Tale" can a society force someone to breed if they are facing extinction?
OK, that's not stupid. It's still morally repulsive though.
No argument there.
Argument about what?
Just as theft is still morally reprehensible, your question is is there a justification? I've given one, I'm not convinced it's a good one, but it does exist.
Argument, I agree it's morally reprehensible. I agree with you there. Rape is a horrible act with long term consequences and heavy psychological damage often staying with the victim their entire lives.
My problem is I don't really understand the "necessity" of raping to repopulate. Wouldn't artificial insemination be easier? I guess there's some unnecessary need to hurt people at the same time...
It's still object rape. And you are assuming a level of technology. I agree that it's both reprehensible and immoral, but can it be justified. I'll parallel it to cannibalism most human's find the practice both reprehensible and immoral but we do understand it in extreme cases. This assumes an extreme case. Its that argument when does the rights of the group supersede the rights of the individual? In a pure unchecked democracy a group could, theoretically, vote someone in the group to death. 5 people vote including the person who will be executed, the person and their spouse both vote no everyone else votes yes. The majority becomes an oppressor. This theoretical is along the same lines. During the invasion of China in WWII the Japanese government created a culture of normality of rape. Where men who would not rape were shamed and mocked (I'll let you. look it up if you need sources I'd rather not go into that myself). It became a societal norm and an expectation. I would think if it happened once it could happen again. I don't agree with it, but I can present it as a possibility.
If the person says : "no", then it's rape, yes.
I agree, but I think from a legal standpoint it's a morally gray area if its consensual to start with.
As long as one person shows discomfort or says:"no", it's not consensual anymore.
Yeah I know, but in some cases where like the girl changes her mind then calls rape because the guy takes a few seconds to stop. Its difficult to explain law wise because the guy didn't stop the split second the girl told him to
I really doubt this even happens...
Synonyms for deserve: earn gain get justify merit warrant be given one's dueMeaning: When would it be "justified" to rape someone? -- OR -- When would someone "deserve" to be raped?
You haven't answered ha ha ha!
And this would justify rape?
Well kinda we don't want the human race to be totally wiped out do we? Personally i would want the human race to all die off but i am guessing in general people don't want humans to die off due to no one having kids.
What the hell?
Lol.. I like it.. never mind.
You have some serious issues then.
Not really. Ever heard of s/m? Dom vs sub?
As a matter of fact, I have lol. If you're into it, it's not rape, by definition.
Well that's true of course
Then your answer is irrelevant and offensive.
I don't think it's true you're being too sensitive
No, I'm just pragmatic. You're delusional.
You're just sick.
Actually I do have a bit of a cold
Your brain is sick.
No my brain is just fine. U r just held back by social norms. I'm free
You're deeply disturbed. You may have been brainwashed or something even worse. Whatever...
Lol ok I'll get my brain checked out
Good. Now stop trolling.
In that case would they charge the broom handle?
How can this justify rape?
@IlluminatiExposed /Yes, totally, but knowing America, this broom handle (simular to trump) will likely become president someday!
So? What's your point?
What? How dare you say such heinous words?
I guess it can. Survival instinct can make people do crazy things such as stealing others.
By that logic, you could kill someone to steal their money because you are broke and need to survive, because it's survival. If someone is trying to kill you, then you either kill them or you die. There is no other option.
That was one other example I gave.
If she changes her mind and says : "no", then he has to stop.
There’s a reason why we say “no means no”.
That would be giving women more rights than men.
No it wouldn’t. “No means no” can be used by men as well.
@Agape93 You can say yes baby yes, do me, then as he is coming inside her , say no. You don't understand how penises work then.
Yeah, that literally made zero sense lol
This is BS and doesn't make any sense. If one regrets the sex after it happened, this is sad but it's not rape...
He rarely ever makes sense. He’s a troll.
@Agape93 She is talking to you spell lady , she is agreeing with me
No, I was talking to YOU 888theGreat dumbass lol.
You women don't know how a penis works , you wish you had one to pee , but you don't have one.
Lmao fail again. See? He’s just a troll.
@Agape93 Then why do you respond on all my questions and opinions?
Because I enjoy it. And to be fair, you also comment on my stuff too lol
"Your honor, I had just taken my pants off and she did took her panties off as it was very hot outside and I fell down on her and my penis slipped inside". Lol
My cum is delicious and nutritious.
You mean men are unable to control themselves? We all know it's not true lol.
Nonsense, anon. You seem to think that guys can’t control themselves, as if they’re less than animals. I call bullshit.
Now we know who voted yes 🤦
probably a guy and a rapist saying this wouldn't surprise me
Wouldn’t be surprised. Disgusting
Such as a drunk women who comes on to and has sex with a sober man, or a woman who later says she didn't want to have sex with a guy but said and did nothing to indicate that at the time. The law in in some states now requires a man get affirmative consent from a women prior to sex, but a woman has no legal responsibility to indicate to the man that she doesn't want to have sex.The fact is that the law today tries to put all the responsibility on men when it comes to questionable communication during sex, and men are held responsible for their choices and actions regardless of of whether they have been drinking whereas women are not.
Men are responsible, yes. If you notice someone is very drunk, you shouldn't have sex with this person. The main problem with rape is how underreported it is.
Women should be held equally responsible under the law, and today they are not. In anything sexually related women are viewed as helpless victims, and men as perpetrators, by default. Women are held to a much lower standard than men, and that is wrong and needs to change.Underreporting is indeed a big problem, and that is true of both rape and false rape accusations. The fact is false rape accusations are far more common that most people recognize because in the vast majority of cases of false rape accusations the accusations are never proven to be false. Proving an accusation is false is far more difficult than proving a rape occurred, and law enforcement does not have the time, resources or motivation to follow up on 99% of false rape accusations even when they are confident the accusations were false. As a result, it is rare that a false accuser is charged, and the vast majority of false accusations never make it into the reportable statistics because they are never proven to be false. So while I agree with you that rapes are underreported, and that it is a significant problem, it also concerns me that so few people are aware of the scope of the problem of false rape accusations and how unnderreported they are as well.I also have a problem with the fact that when a rape charge is dropped due to lack of evidence, the popular assumption is that another guilty rapist got off the hook when in fact in many of those cases it was the accuser who got off the hook. As my sister-in-law, who is a detective, told me, when there is a lack of evidence in a rape case, it is often because there was never a rape in the first place.
That was your mom I think. Then again maybe your sister.
@888theGreat You're disgusting seriously. This is simply inappropriate.
what did he say, I blocked him and can't see, he blocked me to lmao
@lanadelrey25 888theGreat said "That was your mom I think. Then again maybe your sister." It was directed towards OddBeMe.
@MysteriousDarkness Yeah he's a perverted asshole
@888thegreat just hates my logic. So he looks for adolescent attacks.
