By law men cannot be rape victims because rape is defined as forcing penetration and only men can do that. They are defined as sexual assault victims instead. This is just terminology and being quite pedantic, at the end of the day punishments are the same.

Yes. Men can be victims just as well as a woman. It's not as common due to the power difference between men and women, but there are certainly instances where a woman can take advantage.

@SenseiSeptred yes they can and like you it has happened with me too. My friend mom was a really obese heavy set woman and she had a crush on me. We were drinking in night watching movies and in crashed at they're place she told me to sleep on the couch in her room.
