For those who say no, do you think the fear of "Rape culture" should let a Rapist get away?

My daughters biological daughter drugged me and raped me twice while I was sleeping in bed with my son. I recorded this and a year later met another one of his victims. There are so many women who have not waited what you have done today. Is a serial rapist who drugs and rapes women possibly causing them to overdose in some cases and the women become missing women that have never been found. We have learned of at least six more victims who did not report it. If they would have said something he would not have been able to do it so freely. I'm not sure what he has on the cops but it's obviously something because he is still doing this and there has been so much evidence brought against him. It makes me sick because my daughter is now 16 and the sergeant and the detective said he thinks of her as the next thing closest to me not as his bio father. I will not stop until he is gone because my daughter will not be a victim of his. They know that he does this and for some reason they let him walk but we are contacting one of the families who they want above and beyond for. When we do this we're going to have them and take up the concrete in his basement which has a big concrete block in it and that's where one of the girls remains are almost positive. Rumor has it new owners of his Grandma's old farm that recently sold have also found human remains near some concrete slabs on the 244 acres. the foreman brothers are supposed to come out and do a sequel to their seeking evil Chelsea For series but we have not set a definite date as I just get to nervous when I talk to them but well keep up on it. Please pray that he is caught so no one else is a victim to the sick rapist. I will not stop until he is caught and because these six women have not reported it until now has made it a hell of a lot easier for him to drug and rape women. I would hate to know how many there really are as he has lived in three different states and he has done this since he for at least 20 years. If you are victim to rape you need to report it because odds are you're saving someone else from being his victim in this case possibly my 16 yr old daughter. It is her bio logical daughter. He is a serial rapist who drugs and rapes women. There is so much evidence but yet he continues to walk free. He is a psychopath and will probably try to at one point hurt his daughter. The cop and detective said he thinks of her as closest to me not as in being his daughter.

I have on the audio of him telling her that his dick was 2" but if it went in four times it doesn't matter, That she's not going to have daddy issues and suck everyone in towns dick, And he offered to smoke weed with her. I also have a video that he downloaded on facebook. It's him naked asking if anyone wants to go to dinner. I have made sure everyone in that courthouse has gotten that video. I believe he definitely has a micro penis which only one person of the world has that and that is why he feels like he has to rape women. Unbelievable I know.

@tylrswftversion We have done that before. Here's the number one suspected two of the local mixing girls and disappearance. I can only pray that they get in because they have enough to charge him. I know I put a lot in this , but there's so much more. Hopefully , the foreman brothers will come out soon and do the show and that should be all it takes to get him locked up. I guarantee if everyone in Lebanon knew he was running around freely they'd be very mad. There have been many girls that have pressed charges on him. Thank you for your kind words. I'm ambivalent about voting 'yes' because she fails to report it for much the same reason the predator committed it: the environment favored the predator.

While we may view rape as largely a crime of impulse, it's perhaps better understood as a crime of opportunity. Predators get a sense of whose word is taken and how averse the environment is to charge for a crime. They assess how to minimize the evidence to foster indecision.

At a school where I taught, the predator lured the girl into the theater since there are no security cameras there. At a college I know of a girl who was raped twice. When she asked her second rapist why he did it, knowing she was already a victim. He said that he knew the college would let him get away with it because it let the first rapist get away with it.

While this is depressing, it also points to hope that predators are easily deterred by higher ups' preventative public statements and making an example of an offender.

Firstly , Rape culture is a MYTH

Asking for evidence is not "Normalizing" rape , it's just to make sure that wicked women don't ruin the lives of innocent men , it has happened before and some of those women have gotten away with just 10 days for prison

Additionally , it's easy for women to provide evidence for rape, the forensic technology is so advanced these days that if you approach them not long after the incident there is no chance the bastard is getting away

Nobody is going to blame or shame you if you are actually a victim of rape , if some do, it still is not relevant enough for you to let a Rapist get away and do the same to another girl. Take it or not, BUT if you let go of a rapist and he rapes another woman , YOU are accountable for that

Yes, they obviously do. But I also understand why they do it. Going through a rape is bad enough, but the humiliation involved in reporting it and the subsequent trial and everything that comes with that can be awful. Think about that.

Regarding rape culture, unfortunately it still exists in some places in the world, but thankfully there is no such thing in the US where I live.
