Absolutely possible and if you think about it, possibly even MORE likely. If men are attractive and used to getting sex when they want it, they might feel ENTITLED to it even if the woman refuses. In fact, some rapists use this type of language, "I'm doing HER a favor".
I don't think being attractive (on the outside) has much at all to do with a person's ability or inclination to rape another person. It's about power.
The attentiveness of the rapist (or the victim) doesn't factor in, because rape isn't about horny men who can't get laid. Rape is about one person asserting their power over another. It's about someone feeling entitled to someone else's body and not caring about causing then irreparable harm
